Be a big part of the community,not a small part of the scene at Volksdevil

Volksdevil.com is known for the laid back and superbly friendly atmosphere.

This goes for the forum, the regional meets and the show itself - the Volksdevil Annual Gathering or V-A-G 2009 for short.

But we have to have some rules or guidelines to keep things running smoothly here on the forum, and they are outlined below:

Advertising - Our forum receives around 30,000 hits a month. Please see HERE for details on advertising.

Advertising company/business related sites via image or links is not allowed in signatures unless you are an official sponsor of the site, forum, and show.

A - No overly personal insults.

B - No derogotary remarks or constant inuendo.Have a little respect,its not a lot to ask.

C - No obscene images or links.

D - Topics deemed not safe for work must be marked NSFW in the topic title.

E - All topics should stay 'On topic' General chat is the only acception to this rule up to a point.And that point is when things start going wildly off topic,a few random replies are fine.But when the topic totally goes off on a tangent then this isn't acceptable.

F - No consistent/persistent blatent advertising of outside companies.The odd mention/link is fine.

G - Please use descriptive and clear topic titles in every section when ever possible.

H - Please give as many details as you possibly can in the technical sections...Help us to help you by stating:Model/year/engine codes etc.

I - Please don't use over the top 'text speak'
Forum etiquette can go a long way.
This is a forum for young adults and more mature members, not for quick/instant hard to read messaging.

A moderator will give you a heads up via pm or within a topic to let you know if you are breaking any of the above rules.
Breaking the rules can/will result in warnings from the moderators...Constant breaking of the rules will result in a ban.

The moderators are on board to keep things in check, and by sticking to the basic rules we can make their life easier.

If you notice a member not adhering to the rules, then please contact one of the Admin/Moderator team.
