Hello, To Infinity!, Hows it?

HEY EVERYBODY! IT'S 5:18!

And now that everyone knows the time I just want everyone to also know that, yeah, starting now, I have begun to think about To Infinity and what is actually going to happen in a month when we hopefully come off of hiatus. This is what I got so far:

Overhaul.

Unfortunatly, for me, that is far too vauge. I know that by the time we come off hiatus I will cut winter short because not much happened anyway, and we will go strait into spring. Spring is gonna be great...so long as my dad fixes our other computer which has PSP on it and I can edit images. I'm also hoping to maybe edit the plot or something so it can be made more 'roleplayer friendly' because, let's face it, TI hasn't gotten a whole bunch of interest. I think maybe the fact the advertisment is a million paragraphs long has something to do with that.

I also way to make To Infinity more...and now I can't think of the word. I want to to be easier to use. I think there should be links up at the top that leads to the history of Infinity, rules, people to go to if you have questions...and whole she-bang. Maybe even get some links to all the packs and their member lists (which I know aren't looking so hot with all the members dropping.)

Hell, I have to be honest. I don't even know who will even read this. Who ever does, I just wanted to let everyone know where we stand and everything.

Lately, I have been wanting to make a brand new site and be fresh. To Infinity feels like freezer burn and I really want a spark here again. That would be worth it for me, because we all have invested time and energy into this site. I don't want people to have made and developed characters for nothing.

OH, and just so everyone knows, if my other computer ends up not working in time for me to make a skin for spring, I think it would be kinda neat if everyone made images. EVERYONE would get credit for their art and mucho respect from me and everyone else. It would be a high school musical moment "We're all in this together!" Haha, sorry. *cough*

So, tell me what you think of the plans, AND INPUT PEOPLE. GIMME INPUT! SHOW ME YOUR ALIIIIVE! <3

I'm here fo' sho'. So long as you allow Frenchbutts, Dauh'll haul his accented ass wherever you take TI :D An overhaul may be a good thing; add in moar things that make it unique, make it attractive. You could even make a point of our laid-back nature; I'm sure a roleplay that takes pride in its relentless, if slightly slow pace, would be worth a look, especially if you can offer something else for potential members.

I think the most important thing is your own activity and dedication; we have gotten some other members, but being made to wait can be off-putting. *is guilty of that >>*

Do you wanna keep TI up and kicking?

I dunno if like...I just don't know. The site hasn't exactly generated much interest and I don't know if bring it off hiatus is going to work.

I don't want you guys to become dedicated to this site and then have like nothing ever happen because it's not too terribly popular. Not that I want TI to be very popular. I like smaller sites as opposed to big ones because you can become close with everyone.

In any case, I also don't know if I want to put forth in a lot of energy here and still have not much happen.

not to mention I got an idea for a new site that I wouldn't mind persuing.

What do you guys want? Do you think it's time to cut our losses?

I firmly believe that this isn't my decision to make. It's yours, Chels. Above and beyond everything, the fate of a site relies on its admin. If you want to keep TI up, don't let a little inactivity on all all of our parts weigh you down: give it a revamp, post a bit to stir activity, and kick it off again from there. If you don't really care or have something more interesting to pursue -- then that's your choice, and you'd be able to put a lot more soul into a site you love rather than one you don't.

I don't know if I've said this before on TI because I said this to someone and it might have been you. If I'm repeating myself, sorry. D: I has fuzzy memory.

But the bottom line is, don't rely on your members to run your site -- do what you want. Most of us would follow to a new site you make anyway.

I agree with Juku - and I saw this when you put it up, but have just delayed posting because I wasn't sure what to say. If inspiration has left you, then let it be; it must be hard since Maria left, and it was a duel project.

And may I just add, don't make another site just because - I know too many admins who are hot-cold. I'm not saying you /are/ - you must have had the most perseverance with this site that I have ever seen with any admin, but I can imagine it's easy to get into bad habits. If you're busy, don't leap into a new project - I've suppressed many brief inclinations for new sites. I've only given in to my new project because I hope it'll help my future - plus, I've got Bostvic doing half the dirty work, so it's alright.

Like I said before, anyway, I'll bring Dauh anywhere you go, so long as wolves are allowed. You're one of my oldest and best mates online, Chels, I'll support you no matter what <3

I think, for the time being, I am gonna shut down TI.

You guys are like really really great and I love ya'll to death. If I get a new site off the ground I'll post it here, but it won't be any time real soon. I kinda wanna go with what I have already and try some new stuff as well.
