Hey guys, I wonder if you would assist me in a little project. We basically all hate squeel, I'm not going to talk about how it's ruining the game, I'm not going to get angry about jagex's hypocrisy. What I want to do is demonstrate that it is in fact illegal. The basis is this: the size of the wheel does not in any way represent the actual chance of obtaining that result. Not by a long shot. I'm not just ranting, you can look it up here:
http://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/pdf/R...gust%202009.pdf

Quote:
RTS requirement 3C
For each virtual event, game (including bingo), or lottery, information that may reasonably be expected to enable the customer to make an informed decision about his or her chances of winning must be easily available before the customer commits to gamble. Information must include:
10
i. a description of the way the game works and the way in which winners are determined and prizes allocated
ii. house edge (or margin)
iii. the return to player (RTP) percentage
iv. the probability (likelihood) of winning events occurring.
End quote

In order to prove that the squeel of fortune breaks this requirement, I'm going to need some data. As described below I have started collating the results of all my spins on the squeel. If others would contribute thier resulots I would be very greatful. Here's how; on the picture below the possible outcomes of the squeel are labelled 1-13. All I need you do to is give me a list of which numbers you get each time you spin.

Have now realised that the boxes change each time (common, uncommon etc... move) so I guess it would be more useful if you would just tell me which level you got (common/ uncommon/ whatever).
