YDs MOCK draft (remember this is not real)

1. Mute City- SP Throh

This one is almost a no brainer. Mute City really needs pitching, and Throh is clearly the best arm in the draft. A very hard thrower who has good endurance and above average control. Could probably use a little more development on his secondary pitches, but that will come.

2. Smashville- OF Prince Fluff

A slight reach, but with new manager Link’s familiarity with Dreamland players, as well as the fact he would probably settle in much better than the higher rated Ford in Smashville, this pick makes sense to add some more excitement to the outfield. A speedy player with good contact and goof defense.


3. Hoctate- RP Sissel

Under no circumstances should Dr. Doppler be head of any bullpen in this league. Hoctate gets the best reliever on the board, one with some very potent breaking pitches.

4. Raccoon City- OF Michael Ford

The Warriors nab probably the grittiest player in the draft, adding another highly talented outfielder to their mix. Should fit right into RC, or not fit in, whatever the correct term to use is there.

5. Sonic- SP Kamek

Not the most talented pitcher on the board, but should be able to step in at the major league level right away, something that should help the Heroes get back on track.


6. Bern (from Zebes)- SP Raynie

Has some very good breaking, but could use some seasoning in the minors to help develop control and stamina.

7. Orange Star- SS Stocke

The Generals badly need a shortstop, and Stocke is probably major league ready. A good leader who can handle pressure, might not excel at any on category but has no real weaknesses. His hard working style is a perfect match for their clubhouse.


8. Pokemon- SS Zoroark

Pokemon grabs a home-grown talent, a very speedy and great defender. Good contact but not a lot of power.

9. Yoster Isle- OF Corobo

With the recent exodus of outfielders from the tropical paradise, YI needs to rebuild their outfield, and drafting a good all-around player is a great start.

10. Tethealla- 3B Sawk

The Thrashers lack a 3B and would likely pick one here. Sawk gives them a great bat, but could stand to improve on his defense.

11. Corneria-OF Haxorus

After Leon leaving, the Starfighters could draft for depth in the outfield. Not great contact of defense, but they do get a player with a rare combo of speed and power.

12. Subcon- SP Karis

Needs some time to develop her control in the minors, but she does have some powerful breaking pitches. Shiekah would provide a good environment for her development

13. Onett- SS Matthew

Onett has no glaring weaknesses entering this year, so they can afford to take a player like Matthew who needs some time in the minors, but could develop into a very good player down the road.


14. Keyblades- RP Phantom Blot

Trickmasters best years may be behind him, and the Keyblades would add a home-grown reliever to their talent pool with this.

15.Warpstar- 1b Tyrell

Warpstar has lost a ton of power in the recent years, and could look to try to regain that here. It also helps that they already have his father, Garet, on the team.

16. Megaman- 2B Neku Sakuraba

It is no surprise here that Kanti values his services. A good all-around player, his defensive skills could see his position change to help him get into the lineup at some point.

17. Bern- RP Emboar

A flame-thrower who has some control issues and a temper, with some time if he can harness his pitches could develop into a very good reliever

18. Hylian Knights- 3B Gafka

The Knights could look to draft a bat to learn from some of their veterans. Gafka has a powerful bat, but definitely needs to be more patient at the plate, something the veterans could help him settle down


19. Saffron- 2B Oswald

Oswald slid a bit here as some could have seen him go in the top 15. Saffron, clearly not lacking in pitching, grabs the best offensive player currently on the board.

20. Flying Apes- OF Excadrill

The Apes need an outfielder, and they get a speedy outfielder who fits their game style.
