I was thinking we could do something like this, your a sponser (like Birdhouse but under a Nintendo name like Triforce) and you get a few members for your team to start, then as it progresses and your team gains popularity or loses it you can have team members leave or have everyone wanting to join your team. I think it could work. You would decide everything for you team, like what they wear, what tricks their known for, what their style is (vert or street) stuff like that. I'll tell you more as soon as I figure out if anyone wants to do this.

Interesting idea, Id like you to elaborate a bit more on it. Would one person have their own skateboard team? Or would several managers manage the same team? Would we have to pick players from our own franchises or use a specific franchise or could we take anyone for our team (ex Mario, Zelda, Samus, and Charizard for a team) How many members would be on a skateboard team? Also would there be like skateboard competitions to be able to gain/lose popularity. How would money be managed? Would teams win money from competitions to get better gear for their teams?

First you would manage your own team one person manages a team, I haven't decided on how the franchise non-franchise thing is going to work. I know that 3 will be what you start with for member/team but I don't know about a limit and I know that you're going to have a major team and then an amuture team, also you can have vert specific and street specific skaters. Yes there will be comps to gain populartity. Money I haven't decided, if you'll have to have contracts or what, but there will be rewards for winning comps, I don't know about the gear thing yet.

Yes that does help a bit. I like where this is going. But the gear customization could be a crucial aspect. Maybe you could put stats or something on the gear like "Skateboard XXX" +10 to Vert tricks or something

Yeah I'm working on that, when I have it all figured out I'll tell you about it and I was thinking about power ups (MAYBE) like a energy drink before you go to get a boost, or a mushroom stuff like that.
