-- Heavy breakfast, Moderate Lunch, Light Dinner, Lights Snacks --

More physical activities are done during the day and less at nighttime.
Also, you don't want to starve yourself, snacking helps you avoid heavy meals.
of course, choose your snacks, make sure that they are not calorie bombs hehehe

-- Chew your food well --

Chewing burns calories, There is a dieting method that you chew gum hehehe

-- Eat Slow and Count to 15, if you still feel hungry after eating --

Learned this from a colleague, Food takes time to reach your stomach.. Waiting for food to reach your stomach instead of eating more would help you lessen unwanted calories

-- Fiber, Fiber, Fiber --

Fiber makes you feel full and also absorbs fats. C-Lium Capsules hehehe (promotion ba? :xd: )

-- Avoid Strenuous Exercising --

Makes you hungry after.. Paced Walking is good :)

-- Keep yourself Busy, Mentally--

Keeping Busy helps you avoid thinking of food :xd:

ako kasi to lose the weight I eat a heavy breakfast, lunch, and very light dinner. usually eat dinner before 6pm. Then no snacks in between.pag nagugutom ako biscuits lang at a lot of water!! really worked! ngayon d n ako overweight!! nasa range na ako ng aking body mass index! :mika:

ako naman MEAT EATER! (bawal sakin chicken eh allergic ako)
so beef usually, minsan pork, pero ayaw ko nakakakita ng fats ng pork, na-err? nawawalan ako ng gana kumain :cry:

ALAM KO NA!
Trans fat & Saturated fat yung HINDI na burn ng body.
Trans fat can mostly be found in FAST FOODS.
Ginagamit nila ito pa pag fry, (chicken, fries...etc)
para pwedeng i-re-use ng i-re-use yung oil (kasi magastos at mahal para sa fast food ang mag virgin coconut oil, or olive oil, or canola oil, and the likes) so kung pwedeng HINDI kayo araw araw mag fast food maganda :)

Pag kumakain kayo AFTER 15 minutes niyo pa mararamdaman na BUSOG na kayo. Kasi mabagal bumaba ang food sa stomach, so 15 minutes bago niyo maramdaman na busog na kayo, so pag na-feel niyo na busog na kayo tapos dun lang kayo tumigil ng kakakain OVER EATING na ang tawag dun :)

er... well dieting isnt easy.. o__o; but my mom does it and she looks too young to be old :lolz: :aversion:

tips:

1. Don't eat alot after 6 pm. Only eat less since you wont be moving around much in the evening and the fats will sink in.
2. Eat more fruits and veggies. LESS RICE
3. Avoid fatty parts.
4. Eat fish meat more often and chicken. Beef and pork lead to more heart problems and weight disasters.
5. Move around, keep the body moving like its exercising. my mom doesnt go to a gym but she moves around more than I do X_x
6. Wear a binder around your fatty areas often XD its a built in sauna belt if you cant afford one, so sweat it out little by little!
7. fitrum, and taheebo work great too.

breakfast the most important meal of the day!!! kaya mabigat na breakfast!!! tsaka tanggal ko pala lahat ng prito!!! no more fried fish, fried egg, fried hotdog! kung hindi boiled eh d steamed! tapos pag may craving ng mcdo kumakain pero moderate lang para d ako lalo mag crave!!! sabi nga daw nila you should put one day aside to eat the foods you like to avoid craving! :mika:

nako walang epek.. ahahaha kasi bagal ng metabolism ng katawan ko... after six works also pero with the type of work i have, hinde pwede... ung pagddiet kasi depende sa lifestyle mo eh...
