How to Diet

-- Heavy breakfast, Moderate Lunch, Light Dinner, Lights Snacks --
More physical activities are done during the day and less at nighttime.
Also, you don't want to starve yourself, snacking helps you avoid heavy meals.
of course, choose your snacks, make sure that they are not calorie bombs hehehe
-- Chew your food well --
Chewing burns calories, There is a dieting method that you chew gum hehehe
-- Eat Slow and Count to 15, if you still feel hungry after eating --
Learned this from a colleague, Food takes time to reach your stomach.. Waiting for food to reach your stomach instead of eating more would help you lessen unwanted calories
-- Fiber, Fiber, Fiber --
Fiber makes you feel full and also absorbs fats. C-Lium Capsules hehehe (promotion ba? :xd: )
-- Avoid Strenuous Exercising --
Makes you hungry after.. Paced Walking is good :)
-- Keep yourself Busy, Mentally--
Keeping Busy helps you avoid thinking of food :xd:

ako naman MEAT EATER! (bawal sakin chicken eh allergic ako)
so beef usually, minsan pork, pero ayaw ko nakakakita ng fats ng pork, na-err? nawawalan ako ng gana kumain :cry:

Trans fat & Saturated fat yung HINDI na burn ng body.
Trans fat can mostly be found in FAST FOODS.
Ginagamit nila ito pa pag fry, (chicken, fries...etc)
para pwedeng i-re-use ng i-re-use yung oil (kasi magastos at mahal para sa fast food ang mag virgin coconut oil, or olive oil, or canola oil, and the likes) so kung pwedeng HINDI kayo araw araw mag fast food maganda :)

Pag kumakain kayo AFTER 15 minutes niyo pa mararamdaman na BUSOG na kayo. Kasi mabagal bumaba ang food sa stomach, so 15 minutes bago niyo maramdaman na busog na kayo, so pag na-feel niyo na busog na kayo tapos dun lang kayo tumigil ng kakakain OVER EATING na ang tawag dun :)
