You and your 2 friends (F1 & F2) went to mall...
You saw a book worth 97 pesos but you dont have any money..
So you borrowed 50 pesos from F1 and the same amount from F2.. so now you have 100
You went to the cashier - paid for the book and recieved 3 pesos as change
Now.. you gave 1 peso to F1 and 1 peso to F2 and kept the remaining peso..
which means..
you owe F1 ... 49 pesos (50 minus the 1 peso you gave him) and the same goes for F2 ... right?
49 (F1) + 49 (F2) = 98 + 1 (the remaining peso) = 99
where's the missing peso? :pwn3d:

s tingin ko, instead n i-add mo ung 1 peso mo, i-subtract mo n lng..hehe
98+1=99 dapat 98-1=97
kasi parang ganito un, 6 kau pumunta s national, tapos may nkita kang book n worth 94 pesos,dahil wala kng pera nanghiram k ng tig-20 s 5 mong kasama..
tapos sinuklian k ng 6pesos, tapos binigyan mo sila ng tig-1 tapos tinago mo ung 1 peso..so ung utang mo is 19peso each n lng ryt?
19*5 = 95
kng i-aadd mo ung 1 peso mo
95+1=96 anu un the missing 4peso n?
kng i-susubtract mo, 95-1=94 w/c is the price of the book..the same w/ ur problem..97 is the price of the book..
wala lang..naisip ko lng..hehe juz an analogy..

ndi..P1.00 pa rin kaso dapat i-subtract mo xa..ndi mo dapat buuin ung P100.00 mismo..ung dapat mo buuin is ung price nung book na binili mo..kagaya nung s problem, imbis n 100 ung bubuuin mo, dapat 97 na lng kasi un ung price ng book e.. kng gs2 mo maging 100 ulit, ang gawin mo umutang k ulit ng tig piso para 50 n ung utang mo tapos bayaran mo sila ng tig 50.. :nq:

napaisip ako dun ah /heh...tama dapat hindi buuhin ang 100...dapat ung 97 for the books prices....at iminus ung piso nasa sau...if gusto mo talaga buuhin ang 100...better give .50cents each and that will be
48.50 + 48.50 = 97.00 + 3.00 (ung binigay mo) = 100.00
hahaha do i make sense here.../heh
