It has come to our attention that some of our players who use SmartBro are having some connectivity problems with Ragnarok.In order to resolve this problem faster, we will need more information in order to help you with your connectivity issue. Please create another ticket and provide the following information:
2) Full Name,
3) Telephone Number,
4) Email address,
6) Operating System,
8) What time did you encounter, and
9) Trace route information.Please follow the steps in order to obtain the trace route information:
1) Run Ms-DOS prompt- go to start> allprograms > accessories > command prompt
2) Type tracert (space) www.levelupgames.ph on the space provided and hit Ok,
3) A black screen with information will come out. Press the c: icon on the upper left corner and choose EDIT> select all , then copy!
