yung masarap? /heh

simple lang naman tuna sandwich diba? /heh

samin kasi syempre tuna, i like yung yellow fin in brine ng permex ata yun. syempre drain, then chop up some onions very finely. add them, add some pickles and mayo, ipahid sa tinapay, and voila! tuna sandwich =)) minsan naglalagay kami finely chopped celery for added crunch :)

Just Basics:

Texts in "()" are brands we use.

Tuna Chunks in water (Century Tuna)
Mayonnaise (Lady's Choice)
Salt
Ground Black Pepper
Sweet Pickle Relish (RAM usually on a bottle)
Pineapple crushed or tidbits (Del Monte)

Procedure:
1. Drain the Tuna Chunks and pineapple crushed/tidbits. (It's up to you what you want to do with the juice you got from the pineapple :p)

2. Then get a container or wherever you want to place your tuna spread. Mix the drained tuna with mayonnaise (you decide on the amount)

3. Add salt and pepper (to taste)

4. Get a fork and take some pickle relish from the bottle.. drain it a bit with your fork. (Use your imagination on how you'll do this XD and again you decide on the amount) And add it on your tuna spread. Mix it of course.

5. Add pineapple crushed or tidbits (you decide on the amount)

Then you're done with the spread. ;))

For me this is best on toasted bread /ok

you can add sugar din pala.. depende sa taste mo. ;)) pero wag msyadong marami since you already have the pineapple and if you don't like pickles pwede mo rin alisin na lang.
