search ko siya sa www.ro-cards.de and hindi siya ni drop... but they have the npc selling and buying price.. so i can assume na npc siya.. maybe its around the ninja changing place ^_^

afaik it's through a short quest. most of the slotted items for ninja and gunslinger are made through gathering quests.
