Mechanics:

• Halloween theme
• Must go well with the forum skin
• Banner size must exactly have 750x250 dimension on jpg and gif formats only
• File size must not exceed 150 kb (animated & static)
• You can send up to 5 entries per person.
• Submit two versions of your entry.
  - One with the word SAMPLE on it to prevent other people from ripping your work. (Lower the opacity of the word SAMPLE so it wont be too prominent)
  - The other one, with your name on it.. which will serve as a copyright. Just incase your entry wins
• Entries must not contain any offensive, obscene & pornographic images or texts
• Participants should have atleast 50 postcounts. (the ff officers cannot join: admins, overseers, dominatrix, consulars, watchers, & game gurus)
• Send entries to the Event Moderator Haruhi
• All participants will automatically get additional 20 Post Counts for each banner submitted.
  
• Start of submission: Oct 14, 2007
• End of submission: Oct 25, 2007
• Voting starts on Oct 26, 2007
• Ends on Oct 30, 2007
• Winner will be declared on Oct 31, 2007
  
• Winning banner will be displayed until November 10, 2007

The contest will be in two forms:

• Voters Choice award
  - Voters will get to choose which one they think should win
  - Voters must have at least 30pc in order for their vote to be counted
  - Voting system will be in a POST VOTE form. Participants can vote for themselves of course but make sure not to give any clues away that you made the banner/s.
  - prize: 50 RO load, a free font color change until Dec, 31, 2007, and 200 pcs
  
  
• Officers Choice award
  - The Haven officers get to choose which one they think should win
  - prize: 100 RO load, a free customized pet (file size should be within reason), and 200 pcs
  
• Consolation prize: one [1] free font color change coupon

submission & voting will be strictly monitored by the lounge admins to avoid conflicts.
