better start trying to upgrade the vid quality for a more enjoyable experience

It's already at 1024 XD. I actually tried to convert a sample clip (MadTv's Spoof of Heroes) and encoded it using the same settings with VIRTUALDUB and the quality was very good. I also tried recording in FULL-SIZE but it still looks like crap once I encode it to XVID. What encoder and settings do you use?

I use Sony Vegas 5.0

encode it at .wmv NTSC

WMV? Bleh XD. But I'll try Sony Vegas. What settings should I use? Is there a built-in setting for YOUTUBE videos?

These were made using the same settings as my other WOE vids. If you notice they seem to look a lot clearer and crisper. I think the reason why is because there is a significantly reduced amount of "action". During WOE there's just too much stuff going on that it gets blurred. If you look at the badminton vid only it's very clear because there are only 5 or 6 objects moving. The crappy quality of my WOE videos has been annoying me since I first learned how to upload to youtube. I need help XD

It does? Won't happen again heh. Speaking of LAG is there any chance of...I don't know REDUCING the banner at the top of the page? It's HUGE! It kinda slows my broswer sometimes.

Im not sure if being huge slows the banner.. ang nkakalag kasi is the file size not the dimension.. Im giving you till tomorrow to edit your post and convert it to a link. If we allow you kasi that'll be unfair to other people.. but I will allow the 2 vids on your first post.. pero next time please make it a vid per thread.. it does cause lag (although not that much) since nilo-load nya ang embed code from another host since it's not an original feature of invisionfree + the vid player (whatever it's called) kahit na hindi niya nilo-load kagad yung video.
