Wipe Compensation Announcement

Citizens of Midgard,
After the successful implementation of the dupe item wipe, we’ve been receiving a lot of tickets asking for compensation. We would just like to clarify that we will be helping everyone and we will be entertaining all of your concerns. Due to the surge of tickets, we will be working on the cases by batches. If you lost an item which you got anytime from April 19, 2007 to June 19, 2007, your ticket will be resolved with a minimum of 4 weeks depending on the amount of cases that we receive. Players with items lost prior to that date will be processed afterwards but it will take another 3-4 weeks after the first batch. Take note that we won’t be able to return the items that was wiped because those were duplicated items. We will only return the zenny or some of the items you traded for the wiped duped equipment.
In the course of our investigation of your concerns, we will look into your trade, inventory, and kafra logs. If we find enough evidence that shows you exploited the bug yourselves, then please be warned that we will not hesitate to sanction your account with a permanent ban.
The number of tickets we received confirms our suspicion that a lot of innocent players were affected by the wipe. However, we stand by our decision that it was the right thing to do in order to preserve the integrity and balance of Philippine Ragnarok Online. We will try our very best to help all the innocent players who were affected by this wipe and speed up the process of restoration. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your support and understanding.
