They say the only thing permanent in this world is change.

With the looming and fast approaching April 25, 2007, the server merge will be inevitable.

When that time comes, Iris, Sarah and Lydia will cease to exist and will be unified under one flag. Under the Freyan Flag.

With every intention to staying true to our creed, being an unofficial board, not for the purpose of being recognize as an official, recognized entity, but rather as an informal board for our community grape vine, and bridging the gap and unifying our community into one true cause of a peaceful, harmonious coexistence, we have decided to make some positive changes to the board to meet the current server development.

We have decided to redesign this board, to shift it, from an Iris centered environment to a Freya community.

We have therefore laid down some plans and actions and we, your board leaders, particularly the Administration, Moderators and Guild Guardians are in talks, trying to decide on what the best course of action to take.

Most certainly, we cannot do this alone, and we are in need of your assistance, because the community is here not to serve just anyone, but to serve you. The future members of the Freyan Community.

We are therefore in Need of Inputs, Suggestions and other information that could be used to further improve this board. We need your inputs.

We are in need of volunteers who can be members of the graphics, arts and design committee of the board. Who are those willing to help?

What needs to be added to the board? What sections or subsections?

We are currently and ardently discussing (Admins, Mods and Guild Guardians) if we should bring back guild wars. Should guild wars be returned?

There have also been some steps been undertaken for a board transition, meaning from Iris Lounge we will become Freya Lounge come server merge all your posts and whatnots will be intact, what will change is the board title, board address, board interface.

We are all doing this to meet the changes that are happening, because like what is always said, nothing is permanent in this world except change.
