Item Auction Status Official Statement

Effective Feb 1, 2007, Level Up is temporarily bringing down the ITEM AUCTION service.

This is to pave the way for a replacement program tentatively entitled, the “Loyalty Rewards Program”. This is similar to an online rewards program where *everyone* can benefit from extra value - in terms of real-life merchandise, additional credits and/or virtual items. Players can instantly earn and redeem these prizes just by regular use of Level Up/Netgames prepaid cards.

Level Up feels that this new program, which is currently in the planning and development stage (using the Item Auction engine), will benefit a broader spectrum of players rather than the select few enjoying the current parameters of the Item Auction system.

To all who have bid and supported Item Auction, we thank you. To those who have won, we congratulate them. Lastly, to those who have not yet received their prizes, our GM teams are burning the midnight oil to expedite your in-game rewards. We apologize for the delay.
