PLEASE TAKE NOTE IRIS GUILDMASTERS!!!

~AGIT LORDS~

Background

Before the Ragnarok Philippine Championship brings 8 Server Champions together in one venue where they will meet and battle it out to determine one Ultimate Ragnarok Champion, the strongest Ragnarok players will have to go through one hell of a fight just to get one of those eight slots.

This is Guilds vs. Guilds. Agit Lords vs Wild Cards. The search for the Server Champions.

Eligibility

> To be able to make it to the Server Eliminations, a guild must first choose on whether to go for the Agit Lords or Wild Card. Here we detail Agit Lord Eligibility.

> All active guilds in Philippine Ragnarok Online are qualified and eligible to compete in the Agit Siege portion of RPC 2006.

> All characters in pRO who belong in any active guild may compete in the Agit stage of RPC 2006.

> All 8 commercial servers (Chaos, Loki, Odin, Fenrir, Sarah, Iris, Lydia, and Urdr) are qualified.

> Sakray, the pRO test server, is not eligible for RPC 2006.

Duration/Schedule

Agit Lords:

The scoring period for the RPC 2006 Agit Lords stage of RPC will begin on March 16, 2006 and end on July 18, 2006.
March 16 - Start building your empire by claiming agits on the scheduled guild sieges and collect points.
July 18 - The top four (4) guilds with the highest siege points from each server will have the honor of being called the Agit Lords and will compete with the top FOUR (4) Wild Card winners from the same worlds in the Server Eliminations.

Server Eliminations:
August 2 to September 13 - the Agit Lords & Wild Card Winners go head-to-head in the Server Eliminations to determine the eight (8) Server Champions.

National Championship:
September 30 – October 1, 2006 - (World Trade Center) eight (8) server finalists compete in the National Finals where only one SERVER will reign as the Philippine’s Ragnarok Champion.

General Conditions

Agit Lords

Get your guild some glory.

From March 16 to July 18, 2006, claim and maintain agits from Payon, Al de Baran, Geffen, Prontera and rack up those Siege Points.

Join in the race for the Top 4 Guilds per server in the Battle of the Agit Lords then qualify for the Server Eliminations.

How to make it to the Sever Eliminations:

1. The base scores of the agits (based on the economy and defense rating*) will be computed after every siege. These will be credited to the siege points of the guild occupying the agit.

*An agit's economy and defense rating can be viewed by the guild master.

2. Acquire agits from different maps and get your guild bonus siege points! Conquer Lake Greenwood in Payon, Luina in Al de Baran, Britoniah in Geffen, and/or Valkyrie in Prontera and earn bonus points for every agit from another area:

- Agits from 2 different maps = total base score of the agits x 2
- Agits from 3 different maps = total base score of the agits x 4
- Agits from 4 different maps = total base score of the agits x 10

If you own agits from different maps, you can compute your siege points by adding the base scores of all your agits then multiply the sum with 2, 4, or 10, depending on the number of maps from which your agits belong to. For example, you own 2 agits in Prontera with base scores 48 and 66, and an agit in Geffen with a base score of 11. The computation of your siege points will be as follows: (48 + 66 + 11) x 2 = 250.

3. To monitor guild rankings, siege points will be posted at the RPC 2006 website.

4. The top four (4) guilds with the highest siege points from each server by July 18, 2006 will have the honor of being called the Agit Lords and will compete with the top FOUR (4) Wild Card winners from the same worlds in the Server Eliminations.

5. Any player caught for using a third party program (e.g. botting) or hacking for the duration of the tournament will be disqualified.
Agit Siege Points:

Siege points are computed by adding up the ECONOMY and DEFENSE ratings of the agits under your guild. For example, you have an agit with an Economy rating of 5 and a Defense rating of 9. In that particular guild siege, your guild earns a total of 14 siege points.

Keep in mind that extensions are considered as separated guilds. So only the agits under your guild master are counted.

Additional Rules:

1. A guild, once broken (even through a hack delete), will not be reinstated for the competition. Even if you create another guild with the same name and under the same guild master, it would be considered as a different guild.

2. The guild siege scores will be computed after every siege. Once scores are published, they become final.

3. Any WoE Skill Abuse (i.e. Ice Wall, Sheltering Bliss) will not entail a penalty. We will, however, address these problems at the soonest possible time. The quickest option for a player would be to file a Customer Support Ticket with the subject heading RPC Skill Abuse. Please include screenshots for evidence.

4. Technical issues that occur during sieges will not affect the tournament results in any way.
*This rule holds even if the guild gets hack deleted.

f. Once summoned, the teams will be given 15 minutes to complete their roster. When that time lapses, the match will proceed even without the absent players.

g. Each Server Eliminations match will last for 10 minutes.

h. The start of a match will be signaled by marshaling Vanguards. Players may start casting buffs during the count down. Use of other skills, on the other hand, is restricted until the marshals give their go signal. Offending players will be given a warning; then on the second offense, penalty will be disqualification from the game. The same rule holds for those who attack a tournament marshal.

i. Lag will not stop the clock. Disconnection will not stop the clock. Once a game has already started, disconnection of players from the servers, regardless of their number, will not stop the match. If a whole team is abnormally logged off while a game is ongoing, the team forfeits the match. For smooth game play, please make necessary steps to ensure that you have a stable internet connection at home or in the cafe.

j. In case of a tie, a 5-minute match will follow. The last 2 guilds standing will fight without restocking and re-summoning disconnected members. If by chance the match is still a draw, the levels of the remaining team members will be tallied. The team with the lowest average levels of surviving characters will be declared the winner of the match.

k. A team is allowed to have all transcendent classes at level 99 if they wish. However, in case of a tie, the levels will play a big role when all levels will be added and whoever has the smaller total is the winner. Teams using second jobs and advanced second jobs will be deducted 15 levels for each team member who’s not transcendent.

l. Players and tournament officials may not wager or bet on the outcome of any portion of a tournament.
