Skills: fluency in english since calls taken are from US/ UK customers. there is also a Manila-care division in the company where they are not as strict in the english language as compared to US and UK care process.. :D Anyway, training is good namn.
Important Company Policy: Confidentiality, and security of the customer's data since it is their credit accounts that are handled.
Important Tips: since the company have good compensations, they are rather vigilant in selecting future employees. fluency in english is an advantage.. they have a one-day processing of application so patience is definitely a virtue, and put ur best foot forward. be confident and most importantly, be direct in answering questions (shempre dapat may sense) /heh /no1

ang mahirap pag yng office mo katabi ng inuman... haha minsan papasok kami half-drunk ... pagtapos work inuman na nman.. lolz


kakatuwa pa last week nag understaffed yng isang akawnt so nag offer sila OT for that account... ampota cguro 2 of 10 call nagkakamali kmi nggmit nman opening spiel nung orig na akawnt nmin w/c is rival nung understaffed akawnt.. hahaha :pwn3d:


onga pala balita ko may magbubukas daw na DELL site sa SM North Edsa - TSR 30K!! - wahh agent lang tapos 30K... ako TL na salary ko nsa 22-25K lang.. haha. gs2 ko sana lipat dun pero ang layo T_T

QA ... hmm basta 95% above ... para sure na may variable pay.

actually di ako nag 100% since nung inimplement nila yng "recap" sh!t..

amp gs2 ng client na at the end of every call you need to say.. "Just to recap.. we did this and that" .. taena pakiramdam ko para akong gagu kung gagawin ko un.. kaya inde ko gnagawa kaya no 100% QA for me..

- Just to recap you called for a billing issue and I transferred you to the billing departmen... oh diba para kang gagu.. :lol:

lolz may ganyang script for recap din kami ngaun sa tinetrain naming account pero not the exact script that you have. :lol:

/hmm easy calls? deeh ba the Quality Assurance team look on how you HANDLE the call and not just what kind of call you have?
Grabe nga sa amin eh, ung flow ng script ang tinitignan,pag may isa kang nakalimutang banggitin,minus na agad un. /wah

QA has a BIG percentage in our commission that's why we are aiming for the 100%. Malas namin 2ng team ang nagqQA samin, India and our company mismo. /wah

Mga ayaw marinig na customers?
Ung mga nagpapataas ng AHT ko. /pif Minimum AHT namin is 5:30 min only.

asenso na lola niyo, i'm training for a new campaign now, inbound - mortgage /e15

hay, nakakainis - okay na sana kaso - mortgage - math /swt kaya nga ako nag AB eh.

anyway, sa aming company, since recorded na lahat sa start eh d pwede magmura ang outbound sa amin. i did try saying bastard once...i made sure putol kaya "ba" lang ang captured on recording hahaha. heck, he called me a stupid b*tch after being calm sa start tapos mumurahin ako when i was asking for permission to record?

well i look forward sa inbound experience. sabi mon-fri daw ang campaign, ewan ko lang kung totoo. the americans will be coming next week to train us (wow, honor daw namin maging pioneer batch /swt) for 2 weeks.

down pa naman systems kaya ang sipag nila magtraining. ung d mga nakuha sa training eh aun, forced leave. ang mga d pa regular - leave without pay sabay babayaran nila ang araw na un next week pag may calling na /e15 (6 days sila kakayod sa week na un)

buti nga jack 5:30 ang aht niyo, sa amin daw 4:30 /sob - eto masaya lang, 6 weeks kaming pep-free tapos three shifts daw na ang calling time ay 9pm to 9am

/heh bb magaayos na ako, 10pm shift ko /heh
