The Introduction Thread!, The place to start

As for myself, I'm Rick. I run this place. Be good and I'll like you. Be bad and I'll kill you. =D

OK, for those who don't know me, I'll give in. But vagueness is so much fun! ;_;

I'm Rick. I'm 20 and I'm currently a Web Design major down at the New England School of Communications, but next year I'll be transfering up to the University of Maine for Graphic Design. I'm a life-long Mega Man fan and my own character, Rick Cressen, has been a fan character for about three and a half years.

Since I have good time in my hands and nothing better to do, let this be my first post.

I'm Regress, or shortly Reggy. I've been a Mega Man fan since '95 and I joined the actual fandom on 2001, and that's when I created my first fan characters. I'm from Finland, like the old fan artist idol, Bobcat, I'm sure some of you still remember her.

I can be really bitchy at the times (But I'll try my best to keep it reasonable) and I frequently disagree with the main opinion, which makes it kinda hard to fit in the fandom sometimes and I tend to express my loathing towards fangirls a lot, but I can somewhat tolerate it well enough.

I'm not fan of the Zero series, I'm still holding to the original games and X1-X5 along with MMBN games. In other words, anything but Zero. And those filler games coming after X5.

Along with Mega Man, I like cyberpunk in general, with art including music (Especially Jazz and Rock). Also, horror and psychology are some big interests.

I guess that's everything to say about me. I hope we're all going to have a jolly old time in here.

Names Zia, I can't remember exactly when I became a Megaman fan. Zia, the character I mostly use is around 7 years old, so I became a fan around when MMX came out..

And I must clear this up first, I'm female. My character Zia has both genders, But has a problem, when he sneezes he switchs genders(Basicly He becomes a she, then back again if he sneezes again.). *Chuckles* I've gotten people confused in the past because of this... And no I didn't get the sneezing Idea from any anime and game, its been with him ever since he was created.

I stay relativly calm and I'm extremelly hard to anger, I can be friends with almost anybody unless they get on my nerves.

And I like any type of music but rap.....rap gives me a headache....

I dont know if there is someone who know me, I'm not really in the community.

My first Megaman game was MM2 for the NES and I liked the game, but I loved MM3 and since there I was a fan, this is now 12years ago.

I got my Internet-Connecktion 2003 and started to join the german-MM-Forum stage-zero, this was the time I started to draw Megaman-Fanarts, and to make it worse I only drew Fancaras at this time.
That's make me think of making a Fancara by myselve, and that's DarkVolt.

I am 21years old, love the Classiks and the Zero-games, I like the EXE-series and the X-series aswell.
I dont know much aboud the Legends because I dont get the gemes, that's sad.

Anyway, I wanna be nice and I'm interested aboud FanCaras, that's why I join. XD

Hi all, I'm Tim althought everyone prob knows me already. Rick has been kind enough to made me super mod here, so this is my fist time modding, please be kind XD. I had an oppurtunity long ago to mod on helion-nova but i wasn't ready then, i think ican do it now. I'm so happy that rick has started this ite, becasue in my opinion its a really cool idea. i cant wait to get this site running like a mad cow. I draw and play games, im also an IT student .. but plan to change to art soon.. yey

I'm Draug. Maybe some of you know me from CN Forums, maybe the rest don't and that's why I'm introducing myself.

I'm Spanish (that's why sometimes my English sucks) and I can be considered a multi-artist, although I don't have time enough for all the things I want to do...

I've been a Megaman fan since I played Megaman 2 for Game Boy and saw the original Megaman 3 for NES. Nowadays, I'm more an X and Zero series fan, although I like Legends' background and characters and the Classic saga has its charm.

Fancharacters? Well, there are lots of them, especially for Zero serie... but my best developed ones are Sekhmet and Sacmis. Maybe some people know about these two female Reploids, but I'll try to post their bios... But pictures... I'm afraid that will have to wait. ^^U

I'm Himi-chan, but most people know me as Mei or ZY (Shortened from ZeroYagami), also AlenaSyrene around deviantArt. I'm an annoying 14-year-old fangirl git that grew up whilst my brothers played the classic MM games, getting me later addicted to that and X. I always tried to play the classic games back on the SNES, but failed horribley. Slightly better today... XD

Even though I'm not too good in that department, my main two fancharacters now-a-days are the centaur robot Chiron and my new navi Bolero.EXE.

I'm usually found skulking around Ciel Network, but... well... I skulk around everywhere, so uhh... nice to meetcha all... (That I don't know anyway..) XD

Oddly enough? I think I've been a fan of Mega Man since 2nd Grade. And since this is my fourth year in college... That's a long time. I still own Mega Man 2 inside and out. :D

Other than that, I have an obsession with all things Metal, mostly progressive and power metal. Also, being a crowbar and all, I suppose I have an obsession with that as well! :p

I guess I'm most known as the mod turned admin of the Ciel Network forums, and the twisted mind behind Mega-Cool.

I'm not a super awesome role player, but I figured I give this a try. I got a few fairly memorable fancharacters under my belt. Time to throw them into the mix.

*aherm* I am Kwoiffei. Writer, slacker, wannabe cartoonist/comic artist, dabbling in spriting and lover of animals, mythology, fantasy and science fiction. I've only really been a fan of the Blue Bomber since May this year, and what made me cave in was a Flash movie set in the Zero series. :P
