Yeah, this is a character that i have had forever and has under-gone some major reconstruction to keep him different. Hopefully everyone won't mind the part of "Dead Person coming back to life" ^^;

Weapons: Dual Multi Weapon Arsenal Arm Bracers (MWAAB). Twin Experimental Energy Blades (EEB).
Special Abilities: Create almost any weapon with the MWAAB that is programed into it. This includes a range of conventional weapons down to experimental weapons made in the lab. He also has a ability to fly but for short periods of time, this is known as the "Rocket Booster".
Physical Description: When his body was killed from a train accident, there have been major reworks and redesigns of his body. His hair was replaced by a synthetic durable material. His skin and most of his internal organs were replaced and made as realistic as possible. Unlike other robots, Tomas has the ability to turn food into energy using micro atom splitters and a durable integrated fusion core. The armor pieces that he wears are not even a part of his body. The armor is a dark almost slick green that is curved and five times more durable than Megaman's armor. Underneath that armor he has a black skin tight suit that protects against heat, liquids and most chemicals and radiation. His helmet has a red positronic memory crystal attached to it and four antenna sticking out of the back of the ear muffs which can hack into most radio frequencies. The MWAAB on his arms are much like Megaman's in only the aspect of the design. Otherwise the MWAAB's have the ability to split into a thousand shards of moving gears and robotic pieces, these can form almost any weapon compatible with the plasma energy generated out of the fusion core. On the front of the helmet is a green visor which acts as a H.U.D for Tomas and a targeting display. His skin is a slight tan and is made out of a synthetic alloy that is much like real skin.
Personality: He has a quirky way of dealing with situations. He takes in the situation, makes fun of it, and does everything in his power to overcome it. However when it comes to friends, or the one he loves he'll work twice as hard and twice as fast. There are also several occasions where he acts like a little kid.
Fighting Style: He prefers range over how well you do it. Normally he'll do his best to keep a ten meter minimum when shooting at something. But if it comes to close range combat he uses both energy blades at the same time.
Likes: Food, Sci-Fi, Reading, Running, Jogging, Working on his skills, Shooting really really fast, Watching movies, Cooking, And writing.
Dislikes: People who want to kill him, People who want to use him for a quick buck, Idiots, Fire, Lava, Anything relating to heat, Spiders, Falling, Bad cooks, Boot camp, And the occasional bully.
Backstory: The son of the proud Dr Samot Asika, he was to be the heir of the throne that was Asika Labs. That was until the train crash on 2009. Tomas and his Sister Amber were dug out of the wreckage of that train and were giving to the now crushed father Samot Asika. Samot not only lost his two children, but his wife in that crash. After Dr Light, one of his best friends, went public with the development of Rock he decided to do one thing. Amber's body was put into Cryo-Stasis to prevent the body from rotting any further. Dr Asika worked day and night with some frequent visits of Dr Light and Dr Cossack. After 3 years he had finally brought back his son from the dead, using experimental technology that has not even been tested. Tomas's body had almost everything replaced with the exception of his heart, lungs and brain. His brain however was connected to two Positronic Data crystals to keep the shock of death away and to allow him the movement of the robotic parts. Shortly after, Dr Asika went into making several brothers and sisters for his son to hopefully take his mind off of Amber. Amber was being made into a separate project known as "Kohaku" being co-developed by Dr Light. In the mean time, Tomas went out in the world to help Rock defeat the forces of Dr Wily.
