yeah. my 0.02 is...fair use for a single player game and fair use for an MMO are very different things. there are many many examples of things in normal life that are legal if you do them privately or in a way that doesn't impact others, but illegal if you do them in public or in a way that impacts other people. examples: urinating, being drunk, being loud, having sex, having gay sex, having loud drunk gay urinating sex, etc etc etc.
Hopefully some gaming-savvy judges can make this line a bit clearer, protecting both fair use and also the expectation of fair play in a multiplayer environment -------------------- My WOW porn name is Maxima Deeps
