Your original characters (Non-Cannon) can only be Seers, Animagi, Vampires, Werewolves,Veelas, and other extradinary magical talents if approved by the admin (mainly me!). There will be absolutely no part vampires, part werewolves, or part Veelas other than the ones listed in the books. It is highly unlikely I'll allow your character to be a Veela, but if I do it is a rare occurance. Also if your character is a student they can't be a vampire or veela, I'm just warning you now.
