Starting to get into it a little bit again. Enjoyed playing the last couple of days, made it more appealing after i spent my cod cash on useless items that have made me laugh no end. First up was Dual Wield Python Revolvers. May as well be walking round with 2 bananas, but damn do they look cool. Secondly a Tomahawk, i LOL'd greatly at my first kill. Picked it back up as well :D COD moment of the weekend though was taking out a camper with aforementioned Tomahawk. He may have been lying prone in a dark corner, but i still speared him with it :D

For the record i mainly play domination so my normal loadout is:

Primary - Galil w/ supressor+ext. mag
Secondry - Dual Wield Python Revolvers
Frag - Nova Gas - Claymore

Perks - Ghost/Warlord/Second chance

Main weapon:
MPL SMG with Reflex sight. (I got bored of the Galil... plus this gun suits my hip-spray style whilst being surprisingly deadly down the scope and has a reasonable sized clip as standard. Basically, its a bit different! Must be used with Slight of Hand for maximim effectiveness)


Secondary weapon:
Silenced pistol. (Makarov IIRC) Good for finishing last-stand f*ckers like your good self. :)

Perks:
Ghost Pro
Slight of Hand Pro
Ninja Pro

Claymore, Nova Gas, Frag.

I still remember when me and ant spent a whole night on a tomahawk/ballistic knife/stabbing spree. Often, our team mates and the opposition would lay down their firearms and join in. Thats the thing about the sharp stuff... its pwnage that you want to return to sender...

funny thing is, i dont understand last stand hatred, you still get the kill anyway!! if you can sacrifice one perk to run last stand, i think its worth it. especially if you suck at FPS like me :D

i keep missing with napalm strikes too. not a good look it has to be said. especially when it says Tomoguchi - Mistakes were made.... DAMMIT

Nah the main frustration with last stand is when playing hardcore, as you are much more vulnerable. Theyve only just changed it so you still get the kill too... You didn't used to! My argument is though... Why not have a perk that helps you when you're actually alive? It's perk 3 yeah? A lot of people use headphones and footsteps stick out a mile so to me, ninja is the only choice...

my excuse is that im cack at first person shooters. anything that gives me a few extra seconds alive is worth it lol

after a chat to a friend i decided to bite the bullet and get the new mp maps, im impressed. kowloon is a bit too big for my liking if im honest but its definitely a good points map.

Yeah for me kowloon an stadium are the new pack standout maps. On Kowloon, just claymore up and camp on 'B'... Pretty hard to lose unless you get clan-f*cked...

Just DL'd and played the Single Player demo.

Not too impressed tbh guys. Bad enemy AI, glitches and the game feels very wooden compared to Modern Warfare 2.

I understand the multiplayer game is a lot better, but I can justify spending my hard-earned on this game over Mass Effect 2 or even Killzone 3 based on this demo :(

I've just gone 1st prestige level 31, late starter.

This time round im using ghost pro, warloard pro and nearly hacker pro.

Still using Galil with supressor/ext. mag and dual wield python revolvers.

For fun i use Dual wield MAC11's and ACOG python.

Yeah I tend to pick a badge I like and stop prestiging after that. On COD4 i stopped at Prestige 7; Level 50 for months, and then when I did eventually prestige I stopped at Prestige 9, simply because the Prestige 10 badge sucked. Coulda probably '10 Prestiged' that game twice the amount I played it.

As for Black Ops, I suppose my favourite badge is the Prestige 5 one, and I've already been through that... :(
