Title: CJMR2's Mk1 Mr2
jeb - October 15, 2005 04:29 PM (GMT)
Ok you asked for the story and the pics, so here they are!
The car was impoted from Japan unregistered in 1990, then spent 10years in suspended dry storage. He then registered and sold it in 2000 to a bloke in Oxford, who advertised it on the mr2oc for sale section in 2003. I'm very suprised it lasted more than a day on there! Anyway I spotted it and told my friend who's now previously owned 2 mk1's, 1 of them twice, lol, and he went and brought this one (making it his 3rd). The car has full toyota service history and a genuine 25951 miles, having only covered 3000miles in the last two years!
Heres the pics:
when he picked it up in 2003:
and as it is now, note: its not currently clean, and my cameras crap!
And no he won't sell it!!!!
I challenge anyone to find a newer registered mk1, or/and a lower genuine mileage on original engine mk1!!!

Janspeed usually make awful systems that rot really badly. Is this one alright?

theres only janspeed that make manifolds for the micra, apart from maniflow who are just plain expensive
