A little pink butterfly whisked its way lazily along, delicate wings fluttering prettily, landing on the few flowers dotted about. A mad rush of giggling rumbled from a small bush as a young pup erupted from it, chasing the same butterfly she had been 'stalking' for some time. Sariyah had indeed been watching that one pink butterfly for some time. Watching as it bustled about from flower to flower before jumping out at it and running as fast her little legs could carry her to chase it. This was great fun for her, yet when it flew up until she could not see it anymore, she froze.
She was ll alone. She couldn't believe it. Where was she? She had been so busy concentrationg on the butterfly she had lost track of... everything. And it wasn't just the butterfly that had brought her here. Before the butterfly it was the squurrel and before the squirrel it was the rabbit and before.... Well, that's all Sariyah could remember. Frightened orbs looked around as she wondered how far she had gone. Well, at least she wasn't at the borders... was she? No. She couldn't have been. There was not the lingering scents of wolves, not that she could tell them clearly anyway. A small whimper was heard from her before she plunged herself back into the bush she had hidden in in the first place. From past experiences she had learnt that most wolves were unkind. It was only her mum and Koji that were ever nice to her... but know they were gone. The petite white pup curled herself into a tight ball as a loud rumble came from her belly. She was hungry. Where was she to find food?
