The Legend of Zelda: Dark King

Hiro was still thinking about the nighterror he had just had (Like a nightmare.. only deathier...), that he did not notice the hoarde of moblins attacking. Hiro was debating in his mind whether or not to fight. He finally decided to fight, but had to prevent causing another storm.

Just don't use those spells... don't use spells, no guts blow out... yes, that's it.. no guts... He saw a line of moblins un-mounting their warthogs with their spears in their hands. Hiro had to do something that could take most of em out in a single blow. Hiro thought back to the battle he had with Balton. Hiro stomped the ground. And a boulder emerged. The rock linked to his Hiros hand the instant it rose above the ground.

Odd... but convientient. Now... If I pick up some speed using one of the rock pillars, and swing the mace towards the moblins, dive into the hole where the mace emerged, and release the boulder, knocking the moblins back. It won't kill them, but it will stall em. Hiro drew a circle with the Earth Curl, and hung onto the top of the pillar as it rose upward. When he thought the pillar was a good enough distance up, he dispelled it. Then he ran down the pillar like before, he kept the mace close as he an down. He continued running and began to run on the ground. Hiro divedinto the hole and disconnected the boulder. One of the moblins was able to jump over it. but the others were knocked back, and they were knocked out once they hit the wall. The moblin who successfully jumped over the rock threw his spear to the ground, and pulled ou a gladius from his golden sheath.

Unusual for a moblin to carry a sword... and a gladius at that... But Hiro was thinking of a new plan. The moblin charged with the blade of the gladius pointing downward like a dagger. It practically WAS a dagger compared to the Moblin. It was hard to concentrate with Hiro being attacked.

"GAH!" Hiro exclaimed. He had a cut on his left shoulder. It was deep, the flesh looked like it was torn at with a razorblaze. Hiro was angry. Once the moblin performed another swing of his sword, Hiro dashed to the left of the moblin and detached his helmet. Hiro placed his hand on the moblins head, and used discharge. "UGH!" The moblin grunted, as he was having electricity pumped through him from the head down. The moblin went to strike hiro with his Gladius, but hit him with the non sharp area. Hiro groaned and the moblin, dropped his Gladius. He put his hands on his head as if he had a migrane. The moblin fell to its knees, and hiro took this chance to deliver a final blow. He took the Moblins gladius and jammed it through the Moblins neck. The moblin fell, and its dark blood poured out as it let out a death rattle, and died.

Hiro decided he could use the Gladius later on, so Hiro took the Moblins sheath, and put it around his back. He placed the sword in it. And went to fight more moblins. But first he wanted to take care of his flesh wound. He went over to where Ashanti was.

Do I have any bandages... Hiro searched his pockets and found a worn bandage. Hi wrapped it around his shoulder, and tied it comfortably.

Drake's vision began to blur, he had expended too much energy, how could he have been so reckless! He was losing blood from his leg at a rapid rate and regretted taking the arrow out, for it only worsened the wound. He looked up and saw a rather large Hobling charging towards the man he saw who hurled himself in front of one. He let out a short sigh idiot... he waved his arm and another orb appeares. It hovered for a moment then flew towards the moblin. It collided with his stomache pushing him back a few feet. The moblin struggled against the force, but in vain. Cameron grasped his hadn tight and the orb exploded. He looked to the startled man in the ground and said only. "Thank me later." as he passed out in the dirt.

Ashanti saw the new boy who had fainted on the ground, but before she made a run for her next patient, she cartwheeled to the left to retrieve her staff, meanwhile dodging a spear thrown at her.

"Here take it back," she spun in a full circle at did a quick transfer, sending the Fortify spell back to Vaan. "I'm expecting some cover." Ashanti directed towards Vaan. She then dashed towards the unconcious boy on the ground. She casted a Resplendance down on one of the couple Moblins heading for the defenseless boy. "This isn't quick enough!" She smirked as a light went off in her head. "Resplendance!" The head of her staff glowed brightly, and her Resplendance spell struck down on her staff, like a lightningrod to lightning. An array of lights blasted from the gem of her staff, swiveling quickly towards the group of Moblins. She took the chance to run over and treat the wound on the boy's leg as the blinded Moblins fell off of their haywired warthogs. Ashanti reached for a cloth from inside her cloak and wrapped it swiftly around his leg.

She gasped as an arrow whizzed past her face by a couple centimeters, stripping off a strand of her hair. The arrow pierced into the head of a moblin, who was about ready to crush Ashanti's head with a mace. She heard a distant giggle from Vaan's location. She shot him a glare and continued to treat the boy, restoring some of his energy with a Healing Touch. She was running out of magic and energy herself, so she slumped the boy on her shoulder and grabbed his arm across the back of her neck, and dragged/carried him back over to the group.

[Jake]

Jayko, in the middle of around 6 Moblins, was a little scared. He had once been surrounded by moblins, and it hadn't ended well...

...But that was then, and this is now, he thought, and then mustering all his strength, unleashed a heavy Din's Fire, knocking over the Moblins circling him. He saw the shadows around him acting strange, and turned to see another using rare and powerful fire magic, probably from the same goddess he just used his from. He seemed much more skilled than Jayko, but it was probably because that was his main focus.

He clawshoted (new verb =0) one of the immediate Moblins by the helmet and pulled it back up from the ground, dismissed the clawshot, jumped onto his head, and stabbed it with the shuriken through the fragile back and into the heart. From here, he jumped onto another's head and quickly stabbed it as well, making two.

One of the moblins then grabbed him by the leg, looking him square in the eye.

"I remember you," he grunted. "You're that little brat who killed his dear mommy!" He laughed a laugh that sounded more like a squeal, and through him into a nearby tree.

Balton was still fending off the strategy-less moblins surrounding him, when he saw that Haru had done something stupid again. HE knew that the boy only had moments till he was shot or trampled to death, so he rolled over to him.

"Taking unneeded risks again are we?" Balton said as he lifted the boy's limp body up on his shoulder. "I'll have to fight with you up here now." He shrugged and ran back into battle.

He saw amongst the clammer of Moblins, a group of three Darknuts. They had apparently sheilded themselves from view by hiding within a large group of Moblins, but from this direction, they were easily visible. Balton had fought one of these menaces before, to help study for a spell. They definatle werent easy to take down. Balton kept one arm holding haru on his shoulder, and the other hand wrapped tightly around his spiked club. He ran forward, into the group. The Darknuts could tell a fight when they saw one, and wished this to be a more chivalrous (if you can call it that) fight. They spoke in a forein tongue and the moblins dispelled. They readied themselves and surrounded Balton. Balton proceeded to swing his club down on one of their helmets, cracking it down the center. But he became distracted and was hit hard in the side by one of their swords.

"Quickly!" He bellowed. "Someone take the injured boy, i need both my hands for this!!" His voice echoed throughout the field, bouncing off the large rock faces.

Meanwhile, the Darknuts were closing in, and Balton couldnt do this with the burden of a handicapped soldier.

Haru sighed. He just had to be saved by the only one in their group who hated him. As the Goron rushed back into battle, Haru began to worry about himself, and constructed a plan to keep Balotn fighting and keep Haru safe and sound with him.

Thinking quickly, Haru crawled around and clamped his arms around Balton's neck, like a piggy back. Then, he swung his legs up and he wrapped them around Balton's head. Now, Haru was riding atop of Balton's head.

Next phase of the fight was to empower Balton with the strength he needed to fight off the Dark Nuts. First, Haru readied a few throwing needles. Then, he began to siphon his power into Balton. He was using his Zenith of Power spell to make Balton that much stronger and that much....well....better.

"I can help." Muttered Haru into Balton's ear, as he peppered the Darknuts with throwing needles, keeping them at bay.

Haru could feel the strength flow into Balton, and it showed, as he was no longer slowching, but standing proud like a true warrior.

"Lets do this!" Haru shouted, once again aiming for the Darknuts with his needles.

Slowly, Drake came to his senses, he was in a fireman's carry, by the only girl in the group. he let her run with him for a while until he finally interrupted her heroism. "I can walk now," he stated, startling the poor girl who had saved him. She quickly dropped him in bewildermeant, making him land on his backside.

"Well that was lady-like!" he stared at her with sarcasm as he rubbed his butt, it took the full blow. He stood up and brushed the dirt off his pants. Up close her could see her magnificient blue eyes. "So, my name's Drake." he held out his hand to the mysterious woman. But as he did a moblin charged towards them. Drake, not even turning around waved his hand to the side which sent a fireball at the moblin, knocking him back and then exploding with much force.

Link suddenly returned. He didn't even notice what happened. There was a scene with Moblins and Dark Nuts. And he did nothing.

Something happened to him. He wasn't sure what it was, but he just found himself right there, in front of a Dark Nut. And a boy was with Ashanti. "W-What happened to me?" he asked her. "I didn't even know what happened.

"Nothing," Ashanti answered. "You just stood there, staring blankly at everything." Link was shocked. "I didn't feel anything!" He became impatient. He ran to battle.

"Aghhh!" he yelled. He didn't want to fear anything, even the soilders. He ran, weaponless. And just stood in front of it. "Drake!" he heard Ashanti yell. "Don't go get him! I think he knows what he's doing." And he did, as he began to glow staring straight at the DarkNut.

Vaan ran back into the midst of the skirmish, setting his bow back onto its holder on his back, and drawing his sword. He ran past Ashanti and Drake and towards the ever advancing moblins.

She turned towards him as he ran by, shouting "Here~!" She thrust out her hand and Vaan suddenly felt a burst of energy, being able to run faster.

Speeding off, Vaan slashed at random enemies, his ebony hair flowing out behind him. Merely a blur to them, the hulking moblins tried to chase after him, forming a large group. Leaving Drake to fend for himself, Ashanti ran into the fray as well. The newcomer stood and watched her hair glisten in the autumn sunlight as she sprung off.

Meanwhile, Vaan was running around the group of moblins, bringing the seven of them into a closely tied group. Ashanti came up behind him, raising her staff in the air. Time seemed to slow as small, luminous orbs started descending from the heavens. like snow, they landed on the ground until the grass was satiatingly populated. The girl reached out her hand towards the lights and then pulled it back in a fist. Suddenly, in a cacophany of radiance, all of them burst, creating a blinding white effect on the field.

Fortunately, Vaan had clasped his eyes and covered them before this, but the moblins had not been so wise. All across the batteground, the beasts stood stunned at the blast. Vaan rushed in one last time to finish them off, swinging his katana wildly at the group. All of them fell to the ground dead.

Vaan, though, only left Link with the DarkNut. Link's glow kept on getting brighter, and the DarkNut tried to attack, but, it was no use. Link dodged it with incredible speed. Then, he charged towards the enemy, bumped into it hard, and fell to the floor.

Link got up, and looked in satisfaction as the DarkNut was dead. But he was surprised with himself. His dad, only used magical items, he never had magical powers. But how could Link have any? He sat there and wandered. "So...um...let's keep on going..." He said, trying not to talk about what he just did.

Because he knew. He knew that he had gotten the powers from Princess Zelda.

Jayko brushed himself off, shaking violently. Clearly what the moblin had said affected him, but had anyone noticed what it said? These thoughts shot across his mind as he brushed himself off from the cloak.

He noticed this battle had taken quite a while. The sun had started to set, and the chirps of crickets hailed the arrival of a waxing moon. A howl was heard in the distance as the group recollected everyone to see if everything was okay. Keese flew about the night, but not attacking, for they had no reason to. Everything seemed calm while the strange assortment of characters started towards the home of the gorons, Death Moutain.

[Harkie]

Balton was annoyed. He had been ignored, and now his burden positioned himself in an even more burdensome place atop his shoulders. He noticed they were leaving, and thought, i dont miond that they leave. they were all worthless anyway.

He had felt the surge of power from Haru and secretly, maybe, thanked him alittle. He dropped his club and yelled up to Haru, "Hold! On!!!" He spun, with arms spread out wide, and knocked back the three darknuts. The one he had damaged previoysly's armor fell off, and Balton saw this as an opportunity for strategy.

He ran up to the darknut, whilst haru clung to his rocky head. He grasped it by it's arms, and began to spin again. This time though, he released the dazzled knight at one of the others, destroying the unarmored one, and breaking the next one's armor. He proceeded to do the same with the next, but the other darknut (this one abviously the leader because of it's golden armor) caught his comrade and snapped his [now] frail body in half. He then charged at Balton.

Their hands met with a loud "thud!" and the periloos game of dead-man's mercy began. Balton could feel his strength surge throughout his body as he grasped the guilded foe's hands. Eventually, there was a loud "CRACK!" and the darknut's hands bended backwards, every bone in then snapping.

The enemy was defenseless now. balton swung forward on his hands, kicking the unsuspecting knight in the groin. He then landed on the darknut's head, smashing it's skull beneath Balton's sheer wheight and force alone.

Balton gathered up some of the iron armor the other knights had worn and began to chew on it. Haru tryed to contest him while the others walked away, but Balton just ignored him and began to walk in another direction.

"I think we're going to split off for a while." Balton said to Haru "I know a healer where the Zora's live that can fix your leg up before it gets infected and stays broken. Besides, it'll give me some time to work on some of my new spells." Balton seemed oddly cheery, as he walked away from the others. They slowy got smaller on the horizon and eventually dissapeared entirely.

"Don't worry," Balton said to Haru. "I'll take good care of you, Foolish Knight."

They began to walk up a hill, leading towards the (eventual) entrance to the Zora's domain.

Link saw that Balton and Haru had left another way. He ran up to them. "Where are you guys going?" Link asked. Balton rolled his eyes, Haru gave Balton a face. "We're going to Zora's domain to heal my leg," he answered. "We'll catch up to you guys in Kakariko Village, after all, it's not so far away from here." Link nodded. He waved goodbye as he ran back off to the group.

"Haru and Balton are off to Zora's to heal his leg," Link told the others. "In the meantime, we'll make our way to Kakariko Village, they'll catch up. We won't be resting until then." "Alright then," replied Jakyo. "But, we have to be more alert. It could be harder without the two." They walked the whole night.

In the morning, they reached Kakariko Viilage.

Upon entering Kaikariko village, Drake felt he needed to say something to Link. He tapped him on the shoulder and motioned to join him away from the rest of the group. Link responded and followed the newcomer.

"You haven't changed a bit." Drake said in a meloncholy tone.

"What are you talking about? You met me yesterday." Link stared at him in confusion and began to reconsider letting the nomad tag along.

"The Zoras. They had songs, painting, stories of you. How you saved the world before, how you delivered us from darkness, namely Ganondorf. And you can do it again!" Drake stared in awe at the tunic-clad warrior, while his stare was returned with one of confusion.

Link laughed softly. "Oh!" he said. "You're talking about my dad." He smiled at Drake, who looked shocked.

"Anyway," said Link. "My dad couldn't use magic. He only had magical items. I can use magic, if you saw me earlier. It was from my...mom..." He was afraid to even talk about it. Drake stared at him, waiting for the answer. "Princess Zelda. Who's dead like my dad. I lived with my uncle, but I set off to find people to help me avenge my dad and defeat Ganondorf." He grinned at Drake. "You're one of them!"

[Starter530]

"Your dad?" Drake asked Puzzled. The boy was truly a mirror image of his father, and for all Drake knew, the events in the Zoras tales could have taken place long ago. "Well, why am I so special that you need me to help you fight Ganandorf. I'm a drifter." then Cameron realizing what it was, why he had to keep moving. "I'm not under his spell." he said, barely audible, "And neither are you." He looked at the proud young boy, forced to hide in shame. "Yes, i will accompany you, and protect you through this all. I will aslo keep your secret about your maternal heritage. By the way, i never did get that young lady's name." He said whilst pointing to Ashanti.

[Toxot]

Hiro was walking through the Kakariko Arc, he looked at the windmill to see it was running, he went to look down inside the well, and saw it was empty, but there was no ladder. it would be difficult to get down into the well. Hiro saw a long ladder leading to a wooden pillar of some sort, he cut off the main ropes, and let the ladder fall atop a seemingly abandoned house. Hiro jumped down on to the house and jumped down to the ground. He dragged the ladder down to the well, and dropped it down the well, stopping at times to not let it break. When it hit the ground, a lot of the ladder was still sticking out. Hiro bashed the remaning parts with his Gladius, and took the remaining rop and tied it to two loops in the ground were the original ladder was tied to.

"Hey! I found the well!" Hiro yelled to the other groups. He began to walk down the ladder, and looked to see shining things at the bottom. He climbed down more and heard screeching. Thgen the shining things appeared to be a bunch of keese, they flew up at hiro, and Hiro clinged to the ladder and waited for the keese to fly out of the well. When they did, Hiro thought; They should be able to handle a few keese like that... They're child's play! (and yet Hiro is only 13 )
He saw more shiny things near the bottom. These had better be rupees! Hiro dropped down and saw that there were indeed rupees. Tons upon tons of rupees. Mostly green and blue, some red and one purple in the corner of another room. it was a square room. and there were torches in the corner, and in front of each of them, were silver rupees. Hiro was feeling greedy, and took the silver ones for himself. He removed them from their spots and an iron door opened. othing appeared to be happening. But in an instant, three Redeads walked out slowly from the door. Their heads filled Hiro's mind with fear. Hiro went to draw his Gladius.

"Eh? What?! I can't move!" One of the redeads was looking right at Hiro. The redead ws able to move freely however, and Hiro was defenseless. He waited for the "curse" to wear off so he could move again. I'll need help to beat these guys. Hiro ran for the room with the ladder, an shot a few ightnings bolts out the top to signal for help.

[Jake]

Jayko walked behind them. Never a leader, always a follower... his dad voice echoed into his heads at time like this, and he was never happy about it. He listened in on the conversation, but wasn't trully interested. Link was supposively just a legend, and why should he believe it? Ganon and Zelda existed, but no proof remained that the Hero of Time existed, just paintings and murals. Besides, if Link had trully saved the world from the evil that is Ganondorf, then how come he's still here?

Jayko pondered this on the way through the village, while cuckoos ran quickly here and there and children played beautiful music on their ocorinas.

"So, what is it that we are here for again?"

"Oh!" said Link. "That's Ashanti. She heals us all or raises our power. She saved you, as I saw." He remembered that everyone else knew about his mom. "Oh! And you don't need to hide anything from the group," he told him. "They already know. But just don't tell anyone we don't know." They walked back to the group. "What do we do know?" asked Link.

Hyrule Castle

"King Ganondorf!" yelled a small little creature. His skin was very pale and he only had one red eye. He also only had one arm, but he had two whole legs, covered in bandages.

"What!?" yelled Ganondorf back.

"I turned invisible, and I was able to posses the son of Link into completely possesing to not do anything for a while!" replied the creature. "He has a team! A team that defeated your soilders!" Ganondorf laughed. He made a evil grin in satisfaction. "Keep on following them..." He said. "I will destroy them."

((That's why Link suddenly noticed what happened halfway through the battle! He was possesed!))

"..."

Vaan stood idly in the wooden (as in, 'inside of a forest', not 'made out of wood') village, taking in the scenery. Vibrant greens and browns were scattered about the grounds. Lush grass sprang up wherever there was room, except along a main road that wound about the area, snaking towards houses and shops and everything inbetween.

After arbitrary wandering and conversing with some of the locals, the group reconvened at the center of town, waiting to be instructed on what to do. Link came up along with Drake, and Link asked what they were going to be doing.

"Um... aren't you the leader of this little venture?" asked Vaan, crossing his arms and shifting his weight onto his right leg.

"Ah.. well..." Link stammered, getting quite flustered. "You see..." his voice trailed off once more as he noticed bolts of light emanating from a well across the clearing. "!!!" his expression told everything as he pointed in its direction.

The spectacle had already gathered a small crowd of children, although they did not go near the stone opening out of fear for being hit.

"Wha...?!" Vaan exclaimed as he ran towards the well.

He peered over the edge and saw Hiro at the bottom, sending up the bolts. His comrade noticed him and stopped the jessant lighting, and called for help.

"Well, I think I know what we're going to be doing now..." he told the others as they ran up to the edge of the well.

Link jumped down into the well. He noticed the room where the ReDeads were. "I guess we're going to have to fight them for the Rupees..." said Link. He sighed as he grabbed a bow from his quiver and prepared to fire it at the Re-Dead, but it slipped off and it slid past his hand, leaving a nasty cut.

Link winced. He knew he messed up a few times, but in the past few days, he messed up a lot. He checked his surroundings quickly. It was a square room, with a lot of Rupees. The brick walls had intricate patterns that Link followed with his finger. Then he had an idea.

He began to glow again as he did last time. It was a bright, yellow glow that made his hair look almost white. He felt power surge through him as he did when he defeated the DarkNut. When he felt that he had enough, he charged in a straight line towards the Re-Deads. But he was stopped in the second one. It began to suck his glowing energy. Link winced and screamed as he felt his power decrease and bring pain. He tried to glow, but this time his glow was red. It blew the ReDead towards the brick wall that killed it. He backed up to let his companions take over the rest of the battle. His eyes looked red as his glow reflected off his eyes. He tried to keep it steady and not lose it until someone needed help.

Hiro saw that there was still another redead alive. He avoided eye contact as he swung his gladius and with a quick stroke put a large visible, gash through the redead's chest, the veins that wer visible on its body were stringed around the hole in it's chest. But it still moved slwoly like they all do. Hiro discharged a lightning bolt at the redead, it was barely affected.

They don't die so easily do they? Hiro swung his blade once more, and cut off the redeads body, or so it seemed. The boddy was still attached to the legs, but only by stings of blue and red veins. Hiro was disgusted by the vile look of the monster. He swung once more to put the creature out of it's misery. It dissapated into flames as Hiro nearing vomited.

"That was the grosest thing I've ever seen." Hiro said aloud. As he talked, the room began to fill with five more redeads. Hiro readied a spell as his fingers began to spark. He struck the wall with a thunderbolt, and small uneven rocks began to spout out of the wall, linked by electricity. they formed into a helix. and they drove into a redead, making blood splash onto the ground, and into the helix as it attacked more redeads behind the previously struck one. We're gonna need more help to defeat the rest of these guys. I have a feeling there's somethig being guarded, not just by these redeads, but by something else.. something.. big.

Va'anier dropped down into the dank shaft of the well. The stoney surface glistened with moisture. Signs of a scuffle were up ahead. Vaan plodded through the small puddles into a large, square chamber. Hiro and Link were fending off several redeads.

Vaan started to shoot at the ghastly monsters with his arrows, successfully hitting them, but they did not seem to be affected. He sighed and took out his sword, swinging it at the approaching zombie. It was sliced along the middle; its torso fell onto the ground, flailing, while its legs continued to run until they hit the wall behind Vaan.

The young man plunged the sword into the redead's chest, and it was engulfed in some sort of magical fire, causing it to disappear. The overwhelming stench of rotting flesh and stale air filled the room as Vaan continued to assist his partners. He also noticed Drake, Jayko, and Ashanti starting to enter the room when he looked at the way back to the outside world.

Link stayed against the brick wall. His hands were out as if he were a scarecrow. He was charging for a attack. The glow was now orange, and Link had full control of it now.

He saw Hiro, who slipped and fell. Link, besides hearing a loud thud, heard little clanks too. He saw that silver Rupees fell out of Hiro's pockets. Link sped to get them all, then glared at Hiro. Everyone else just stared at him, thinking that Link was greedy. He counted the Rupees, and noticed that there was enough for everyone. "Guys!" Link shouted. "There are enough for everyone! You can each get two! Even for Haru and Balton!" He shoved the Rupees in his pack, while promising everyone that they will get their share.

Link charged through a ReDead. But he went though it. He found his green tunic splattered with blood, and some veins stuck to it. Link stared down at his now red tunic, disgusted. He got nauseous(SP?) and went to a corner and vomited all he ate in the past few days. His glow disappeared, and Link continued to vomit. He began to lose energy, and noticed that something grabbed him. He swung around.

It was a ReDead. Link tried to get out of its grasp, but it was no use. Link slowly passed out. And the ReDead trudged away towards another enemy.

Ashanti darted into the square room to find herself among a several of ReDeads. She quickly manuevered her way around a few ReDeads and and grabbed a hold of Link's arm. As her hand touched his arm, the blood all over his body seemed to vanish and clear away, as if he had been purified. She carried him back to the entrance of the square room and set him down gently on the ground.

Ashanti resumed her battle position and wielded her staff. She ran closer to an approaching ReDead and used a backhanded blow to knock it down on the ground. She quickly speared her staff down into the chest of the ReDead. "Resplendance!" After a few quick seconds, the end of the staff burst with light and singed the ReDead; it perished with with a small silver of fire. Ashanti withdrew her staff from the ground and began to aide the others in the battle. "Fortify!" The air glistened for a while as the energy traveled towards Drake, Hiro, Jayko, and Vaan.

"Now, we're talking!" Drake exclaimed, pulling out his own staff. He twirled it around his head as he lept towards one of the xombie-like creatures. He could feel Ashanti's power flow through him. He landed in front of the re-dead and swung his staff downwards, hitting it in the head, sending itcrashing to the floor. He put the staff underneath the Re-Dead, and popped it upwards. He turned around and kicked it towards another and they were both slammed into a nearby wall. Drake pointed the large blue crystal towards the Two re-deads and shouted, "Din't Trap!" when he said this the crystal glowed, and the bands around it changed to a fiery color. The ball of fire hruled towards the re-deads, and exploded on impact.

Jayko pulled his clawshot out of midair. Looking around quickly, he found a skull, possibly human. He picked it up and concentrated, and it started glowing with a bright light. He attached it to the end of his clawshot, and shot it towards another group of ReDeads, coming from another tunnel. It exploded on impact after hitting one in the chest, and a bright light blinded anyone in the immediate vacinity. Jayko stumbled, covering his eyes, but managed to take out quite a few ReDeads. He smiled triumphantly, but started to feel weird. He looked down into the pile of skulls where he had gotten one to use as a weapon, and three of them rose from the pile, turning into bubbles. They started their assault on the unsuspecting party.

Link woke up. He found himself laying down on the floor, away from the square room where the ReDeads where. He was a little terrified. He had a dream of when his dad had tought him archery. Instead of shooting the target, he shot one of his chickens. It was Link's favorite, and he called him Zill. The arrow swooped across Zill and all its feathers were plucked out. He remembered that he cried as he and his dad watched Zill's slow and painful death.

Link went back into battle. Ashanti went up to him. "Are you alright?" she asked. Link looked at his green tunic, it no longer had any blood or veins on it. "Yes, I'm ok," Link answered. "Just a little...queasy." He looked at his cut, there was blood around it, but it didn't trickle anywhere else. Ashanti was about to heal it, but he stopped her. He took out a boomerang, which he forgot he had. He threw it towards the ReDead, and it split through it and killed it. Link tried to make the glow again, but he was too weak. He remembered something he did when he was younger, and tried to do it again.

He focused his few bits of energy he regained while he was passed out. His left hand, the one with the cut suddenly came in front of him. He pointed it towards the ReDead he split with his boomerang. Suddenly, a warm, white glow flowed around his hand, and a small little ball of energy slowly moved towards the ReDead. When it was near it, it went inside the ReDead, and you can tell it was with the little glow it had in the center. Link closed his eyes. A few moments later, he opened them wide. As he did, the ReDead began to get bulk and pop out, then, it exploded. What was left was blood and veins.

Link smiled. He began to focus the same spell on another ReDead.

"Hmm, explode from the inside..." said Drake from the sidelines, watching Link, well mainly Ahsanti. "Surprised I didn't think of that, way to go kid!" With that Drak jumped into the air, and did a 360 degree turning kick, his heel landing in the face of a redead, knocking it down. The others stared at him with confused gazes.

"I can kinda' sense when people, or..." he looked at the zombie behind him, "Semi-people, are going to attack. Watch." as he said that word, he planted his staff on the ground and shouted "DIN'S FURY!" as he did this, sudden outbursts of flame erupted from behind him, allighting the cave, and revealing the eleven redeads behind him, two had been slimbing the wall. Each one had been hit with a differt eruption of fire. The smell of burnt flesh soon diffused through the cave.

"Now would be a good time to mosey on out of here, there are a lot more."

"Wait!" yelled Link. "We're... not going anywhere. We're staying here." Drake gave him a surprised stare. "Well, I'm not being money crazy at all actually. We need the money. What are we going to live on? We're gonna need bread, weapons, ecetera." He took out the silver ruppes and handed everyone two. He saved two each for Balton and Haru and the other two were his. "We're not going to buy a lot with these silver rupees, that's for sure. Besides, the ReDeads are just traps from finding the real thing." Everyone gave him a stare, and Link just shrugged and pushed the blonde-brownish hair out of his face. "I...can see through walls, incase there are enemies. There's a big gold Octo[rock] in front here. On that wall north of us with those intricate carvings, I'll open it, but get ready. I was unconcious for two days battling a gold Octo[rock], but a small one. They shoot rocks really fast, and a lot at the same time..." Link nodded at Ashanti and she yelled out, "Fortify!" Link began to put energy in his cut hand and threw the small orb into the wall. Link closed his eyes and focused once again. He opened them wide and at that moment, the wall exploded. There was suddenly a loud roar, and then the giant Gold Octo came raging through the bombed wall, but got stuck.

"Ah!" Link screamed as everyone charged towards the giant gold Octo.
