((WOO! It finally starts!))

Link swung his wooden as if it were a scythe through the grass, making a few blades of it fly around. "Disgraceful... so disgraceful..." he said bitterly. "How could they have possibly fallen under the Ganondorf's spell? I wonder how I didn't..." He looked up at the cloudy sky. "Maybe because I have a little bit of my dad in me, I guess..." He stood up straight, "I'm leaving, to find people who didn't fall under that spell!" He yelled triumphantly. He ran into his little cabin. He was alone because his uncle went off to the Hyrule Kingdom to worship Ganondorf. He went up to his room to pack up a few things, then jumped out of the window purposely. "I'm off!" he yelled to the chickens, that got startled. He ran off going north, to find people to help him stop Ganondorf.

Jayko stood in the opening just north of the small cottage, actually practicing battle for the first time in a while. A wild octorok stood facing him, ready to do battle. It sucked in and puffed up, it's eyes squinting, then it shot out a rock right at Jayko. He was quick to dodge as the rock flew off and hit a tree behind him. He muttered something and shot his clawshot right at the octorok, capturing it easily. It squirmed in Jayko's contraption, making short quick grunts. Jayko jumped in the air, pulling up the octorok by the chain. As the chain flew up in the air, he pulled down on it, and the octorok, arking in the air, flew back down and slammed into the ground, released from the clawshot. As he bounced in the air, Jayko crossed his arms. A flash of light revealed small shuriken. He flung them all, hitting their mark perfectly. The octorok dissapeared in a puff of smoke. Jayko wiped the hair out of his eyes, and looked up at the young soon-to-be hero, running past him. He waited a little bit, then followed.

[Sorry if I god-modded a bit, just wanted an opening scene. 12.gif]

It was as hot as it ever was up in the mountains, today Hiro was finally going to leave Kakariko and Hyrule completely. Hiro had just left the goron's "hideout" from the new and unruly king, Ganondorf. He was dumbfounded as to why he had not fallen under Ganondorf's spell. It was along walk down from the Death Mountain to Kakariko. As he walked down, he dodged rocks falling and tumbling down the mountain. When he finally got to a safe place where rocks did not fall, he saw something he had not seen for as long as he could remember, he saw several red tektites jumping around madly. But these were different, they had a purplish glow to them.

Ganondorf's spell perhaps... Hiro thought to himself. He wanted to avoid fighting, as he felt today was special, although just a feeling, Hiro was too stubborn to believe something than not to believe. He took out his green staff he had on a belt around his waist. He drew a circle around himself, and tapped the ground. The ground rumbled... all of a sudden, a grey pillar of rock emerged from the circle, and stopped very quickly, making hiro airborne. As he flew slightly forward, he managed to land without trembling, he had flewn over the tektites. As the tektites stood confused, he ran down the final turn of the path, and ended up in his former hometown, kakariko. He gave his final thoughts on the village, he headed out of the concrete arc and stairwell, and was in Hyrule valley. He was happy to not have been under ganondorf's spell. But he had to be aware at all times for someone or something may capture him, and take him captive back to his "hell of a home".

Without further ado, he ran down opposite of Hyrule Castle. And he spotted something in the distance. It looked like a small Green Zora. With a small, pathetic-looking, wooden sword.

"Hrm..." He ran down further to see who or what the sillhouette was. He came to see a young boy with a green cap.

Not a zora after all. Hiro thought. He walked up to the boy to introduce himself.

"Hello there." Hiro was not great at introductions. "What's your name?"

Va'anier sat back and took a swig of water from his flask. His feet dangled a few feet off of the ground whille he sat on the large rock protruding from the ground. He could see Hyrule kingdom off in the distance as well as various towns and farms scattering the vale below. The small dots of people had been constantly flowing in al day, but never coming he out. He wondered what could be so important that no one would leave.

He hopped up off the rock and flung his shining black hair out of his eyes; it glistened a dark brown as he did so. He shrugged and said to no one in particular, "Well, there's nothing else to do, I might was well go and see what all this is about."

Normally the woods had several people scattered throughout, some women gathering plants, hunters getting meat for their families, or farmers taking their flocks to the river to drink. Today, there was no one. At this, Vaan was puzzled. He reached the bottom of the mountain as found himself in a village, desolate. He ran along the main road, checking each street to see if even one person was around. He exited the village and noticed a few figures standing in a clearing, next to a group of rocks. Vaan headed in their direction, his blue eyes shining as the sun hit them.

A youth clad in green turned to look at him as he approached, getting a slightly startled look on his face, but in lieu of that, still evoked an air of hopefulness.

As Vaan approached he asked, "Does anyone know what's going on?"

Jayko hurried and approached the group of people and their sudden meeting. He quickly hopped up a tree using his clawshot to eavesdrop on the silent meeting. He purposely stuck the claw into a tree branch, checking for strength as he hung silently amongst the folliage. He had moved as silently as his training allowed him, and he dared not speak in case these people were working with Ganondorf. He did not realize it at first, but it had been a while since he had actually heard anyone speak, seeing as when he arrived in Hyrule during this time everyone was under Ganondorf's spell. He reminisced a bit while everyone was talking below.

About half of a mile away from the unusual gathering near Hyrule was a young man standing in a lonely plain. Nothing else stirred in the field, and that was why Haru was beset by mysterious thoughts. Earlier this morning, as there had been the early morning fog, Haru had watched everyone in his area walk to Hyrule. He himself had had to finsh some final work, as the Fall Harvest was coming. But now, he was free to go, but since they had not returned, he feared for the worst.

Haru stood there for about an hour, meditating in a pool of thought. He had a tendancy to do this, just to focus his vast intellect. Once his mind had been focused, he looked up to the sky one last time, and grunted. He had no other choice. He walked leisurely into a small cabin that he had been staying in for awhile. Too bad he had to leave now, as he had just begun his new life in the farmlands.

Inside the cabin, Haru put on his warm clothing, as this time in fall, it was warm until winter came. Once he had changed clothes, he packed all of his belongings into his large bag. It was built to withstand rain, cold tempuratures, warm tempuratures, and it could even shrug off an arrow or two. With his things all packed up, Haru walked outside of his house, and took a long look at it one last time. Then, with another sigh, he was back on the road.....again.

Unfortunately for Haru, there was only a dirt road, so he just followed it, towards Hyrule. He preferred paved roads, that were laden with stones to soften and even out the road. As Haru continued towards Hyrule until he saw a group of children gathered. With a smile on his face, Haru approached the group, a good foot taller than most of them. He heard something and turned around, but it was only the light breeze rustling the tree. Then, Haru returned to face the group, and asked the first question that came to his mind, "Where are your parents, children?"

Jayko was fed up with waiting to find the groups' motive. He thought everyone against Ganon was under his spell, so these men must be working for him. He decided that he should attack while they were not aware of his presence to get the preemptive strike while it was still possible. He crouched up against the branch, ready to pounce. He retracted his clawshot and disapated it, for now. Going as low as possible, Jayko readied himself, then hopped off the branch, through the leaves and onto the ground amongst them all, crouched as low as possible. He stood up quickly, turning on his foot, and pulling his clawshot out of thin air. The chain shot out and spun with him as to attack everyone in the circle. Jayko thought he would get this over with quickly and finish off these lone warriors, then leave to start his attack on Ganon he had been planning for quite some time.

As the dried up leaves from fall began to fall, Haru's mind was already rushing. With one sweeping movement, he twisted his body around and started to fall to the ground, face first. He then remembered about all of the children in the group, and panic shot through him like a sharp pain. He kicked himself up, and loosened his belt, which made his fan fall out from its hold. He grabbed is briskly, and with his experienced hands, he silently opened it up with a whisper of a metallic *Clang*. He raised his hand with the fan to meet the chain that was already about to hit him and the others, but it collided with the fan, and Haru grimaced. he hadn't exactly thought this through.

As Haru watched, unable to do anything, the chain continued to wrap around his hand, and he eventually dropped his fan due to lack of control over his hand. He looked at the attacker quickly, to see if there was any weakness about him, and he saw another child. Haru sighed, and pulled the chain back. He silently eyed the child, waiting for his next move.

Jayko looked up at the tall person, smiling, although it's somewhat pointless to describe this since his mouth is covered in cloth. He sent another clawshot out, grabbed the fan with it, and tossed it aside for safety procautions. He looked back up at the elder.

A hoarse, muffled voice spoke from beneath the covering.

"It looks like you are in quite the predicament."

He smirked yet again, and looked around at the people surrounding him.

"Anyone move, and I'll break his arm. Now speak. What are you meeting here for?"

He tightened his hold on the chain, keeping it as tight as possible. Surely this was the best way to get answers.

Confuzzled and stymied, Vaan stepped back uneasily.

"..."

"..."

The awkward moment of silence passed as a man no one knew was being threatened by the young man in front of them.

"Ah.." Vaan started, "I don't even know anyone here."

The confusement now moved over to Jayko as one of his eyebrows arched. "Does anyone else even know anyone here?" he asked, slightly puzzled at the way his own question was worded.

Everyone shook their heads.

The young man in green stood up from where he was crouching and answered, "I am here to avenge my father and all Hyrule by defeating Ganondorf. These others here are presumeably at such a state that they have not been affected by his spell."

"We're in the dark as much as you are," Vaan added.

Ashanti positioned herself behind a boulder, listening to the group speaking. The group didn't even know eachother, so she sat there patiently and waited for something to happen.

Jayko let his guard down, retracting the chain. back into nothingness. He looked from the man in green to the speaker to the attacker, and he sighed.

"I'm sorry, it's just lately..."

He paused, and looked around.

"My name is Jayko. And you are?"

He started first at the oldest man, the only one to think to act, whom he already was growing respect for.

Harutomo Murakimi smiled as he shook his arm out to get its feeling back. Then, he thought of what he should say. He figured that the children's knowledge didn't really matter, and he could tell them his full name without worrying about consequences.

"The name's Harutomo Murakimi, nice to meet you Jayko. It seems my old age has caught up with me, and I couldn't even take you down. Though, a tip of the hat to your amazing speed and nifty chains. You had me right there." Haru said this with a soft and friendly tone, though he did talk loud enough so that everyone around could hear. He already could tell where this was leading. He would probably end up escorting this field trip all the way to wherever it was that they all wanted to go.

“Anyways,” Haru continued on, “We have gathered this much; Everyone else is under Gannon’s spell, we are the only ones that can stop this madness, and that is all. What next? Anyone here know any important facts about this situation, because we should not act before we know all there is to know, remember that.” Haru's twinkled with his last remark. His plan was to teach these kids all he knew before they were split up again. He liked the thought of being a teacher. Though he didn’t like the thought of being a parent. He just hoped these kids knew how to take care of themselves....

Link was glad to be freed. He stepped back, and was surprised that a lot of people followed him. "Do you guys now Link?" He paused, then continued. "You know, that big hero who once defeated Ganondorf and saved Hyrule a bunch of times?"

Everyone nodded, then Jakyo said, "Yeah, you look a lot like him..." Link just stared at him, trying not to laugh. "Well, of course I look like him! I'm his son..." Jakyo sort of mouthed the word "Oh!" and the others didn't really react. "We're the only ones who didn't go to the Hyrule Kingdom, which means we didn't fall for the spell," he looked at a girl that was standing behind a boulder, their eyes met and she jumped and fell. She walked up to the group. "As I said earlier, I am going to defeat Ganondorf...to avenge my dad. But I'm only 10 years old..." He smiled, embarassed. "So, what are your names?" he asked. "I was actually looking for people to help me, but I didn't know a lot of people didn't fall under his spell..."

Ashanti stepped slowly towards the group staring at the boy. "Link's son..." She was pretty amazed to be seeing a descendant of a great hero. she just stood there, watching everybody introduce themselves.

Balton had been walking through the damn forest for hours, and was getting tired. But he finally approached a clearing, and he could hear faint voices just beyond. He feared it could be trouble, and he was already wnated in all of Hyrule by Ganon. He swiftly took the form of a slim Goron soldier and walked out into the clearing, club drawn. He looked at the group of people who had definately noticed the strange Goron standing before them.
"Hello, i'm just passing through." Balton said in a quiet, but deep voice.
He waited for a reply from someone, to test their trust. Afterall, he had thought he heard them talking about the fabled hero.

Hiro looked to his left while the others were talking, to see a Goron walking by. He had known every Goron in the mountain by now, but he had never seen one quite like this one before. He felt suspicious about him.

"Excuse me a moment," he said to the others. He then walked over to the Goron. He qickly thought to see if i had maybe seen him in the mountains somewhere. Hiro had an excellent memory so if he saw him before, he wouldn't forget him. "Well, I haven't seen you around the mountains before. I'm Hiro. Hiro Motama." He knew a Goron's personality by it's looks. This one was scruffy looking, so he most likely was unfriendly.

"Yeah..." he replied to the girl. "It's...shocking..." He sighed. "I don't know who my mom is, though..." He noticed the Goron pass by, but he ignored it. "But...it's rumored that my mom...is.." He stared terrified at the grass. He again used his wooden sword to make the blades of grass fly. He didn't want to answer, but if he was going to work with people, they should know.

"Princess Zelda..." He answered. He turned to another direction so the others wouldn't see him. He was shocked by his own words. He didn't believe it himself. "B-But don't believe it! Please!" He quickly tried to change the subject. "Um... so what are your names?" he asked.

((Yeah, weird eh? But that's the only thing I thought up of.))

Well, they seem friendly enough. Balton thought to himself. This one looks like he has second thoughts about me. He looked Hiro in the face.

"I am Balton, i come from very far away. I have been traveling for a very long time. What is this you speak, one who looks like the hero, your mother is the princess?"

Balton was pretty sure his disguise was working. He figured he'd shield himself behind this mask until the time was right.

"Interesting all these people have gathered here, eh?" He directed at the crowd. He shouldered his club and let out a cheerful bellow, "Haha, cool coincidence ain't it." He hated acting cheery, but this situation needed him to be completely undercover.

Hiro decided to keep his suspicions about Balton to himself, and not really try anything till he knows exactly what this guy's whole story is. So, Princess Zelda finally had a child, and who knew that link wounded up with Zelda? As soon as all was quiet, Hiro took the chance to introuce himself.

"Well, I'm Hiro Motama. I don't live very far from here.. or I SHOULD say that I USED to live around here... I was going to leave Hyrule and journey out on my own. But I have some time to kill! I'll gladly join you in defeating Ganondorf." Hiro felt kind of stupid saying something that he knew he couldn't do. What am I saying? I couldn't defeat the Dark King! Hiro decided to end his words there, and let others introduce themselves.

During a lull in the banter, Link turned towards Vaan, while also evoking a triumphant atmosphere for one so young, who was standing a ways back from the rest. "... hmm... we have Jayko, Harutomo, Balton, and Hiro..." he turned to look at Vaan. "And who might you be?"

The rest of the bystanders turned around to face Vaan as well as he stepped forward towards the group. "My name is Va'anier. Some call me Vaan for short though..." He swept his hair, which made an ebony arc in the air, exposing both his stunningly blue eyes.

Satified, Link also turned to the young woman who had entered the group and reiterated the question.

Her long, shining hair fell over her eyes as she made a slight curtsey and bowed her head. "My name," she started, "is Ashanti." She looked upwards, her hands outstretched, as her eyes glowed in the warm autumn sunlight.

Vaan stood back for a moment, taking everything in. They had a motley crew of mismatched persons, none of which that one would expect to have known each other already (my gosh that's worded weirdly o-0), but obviously had a common future coming. They all turned to their young leader, who was standing in the middle, his focus locked on the main city of Hyrule kingdom, just visible as a splotch of black on the horizon. His sandy blond hair wisped across his face in the dying breeze (ooo, dramatic! :D).

Jayko looked around at the strange assortment of people. Nobody seemed to even think twice before heading off towards the castle. Everyone seemed prepared, but Jayko didn't think this was the time to attack the most powerful person in Hyrule, or in this case, the world.

Jayko spoke once again rather hoarsly.

"Are you people sure you are ready to attack the castle?"

He looked around at the strange group for an answer. It would be nice to have a little help in the good fight.

Haru eyed the Goron, inspcting every little surface on him. Haru had been suspicious ever since he had heard the mysterious Goron's voice warble. It had changed in pitch ever so slightly, like he had something to hide. Haru sat down on a nearby rock, and as everyone displayed puzzled countenances, he held his hand up.

"Hold on; I need to think."

With that done, he massaged his temples and usual and picked the Goron apart. Other than the fact of the vioce, Haru couldn't find anything wrong. He was just an average, clean Goron- Wait! He was clean! There was no dirt whatsoever on this Goron, as if he had just bathed. Yet, he showed no signs of water on his body. Haru smiled, and asked a question, while facing Balton the supposed Goron.

"We are all ready, Jayko. Together, we should by quite the force. I speack for us all when I say that we should get moving. One quick question, Balton: Did you recently clean yourself or something?"

With that said, Haru observed everyone else, and he saw that they all had at least a speck of dirt. From Vaan's clean, but lightly dusted clothes, to Hiro's thick coat of dirt. They all had some proof of travel. But Balton did not....

Jayko stared at the elder puzzled. He seemed one of the most intelligent of the group, but he couldn't comprehend gannon's armies?

Maybe I should just go along with this and escape if needed he thought silently to himself.

He looked at the goron and a strange thought occured to him. "Wait. You are just a goron passing by with no reason? Surely you are aware of the curse laid out upon these lands. Where did you say you were going?"

Link pushed his hair out of his muddy brown eyes. He approached the Goron, who was just standing there.

"Excuse me," he began. "Who are you? You are definately not a Goron. Oh no. Your voice is different, and I would expect you to be smashing dirt or something like that. Reveal yourself, Goron!" he grabbed his sword, incase it was working for Ganondorf.

"So, you can't trust me, eh?" Said Balton, in his gruff and angry Goron voice. His face changed color into a tinge of red, barely noticeable because of his dark Goron skin, but still, he anger showed. Balton stepped even closer to Link, and drew his club from his shoulder. Then, he set it on the ground, and picked scrawny Link up by his neck.

As everyone tensed up to get ready to react, Balton looked around, and saw that as of now, the odds were against him. He stepped back a few steps, so it would be that much harder for them to surround him, and then he spoke again. "One more step from anyone and the runt gets his head snapped off! how do you like that, eh?" With that said, Balton was sure that no one would react. He made sure that his club was nearby, and watched Link's body for any movement that could jeopardize his advantage. He was not in a particularly good mood to start with, but now, he thought it was a good time to blow off some.... steam

As soon as he had voiced his opinion upon the legitimacy of Balton's Goronocity, he had already begun to regret it. Unfortunately, the Goron had acted too fast for Haru to think up a plan. Haru panicked at the thought of Link's only descendant dieing because of him made Haru shiver. He had to stop this before it got out of hands. he knew immediately that the others in his group would probably act rashly and attack, jeapordizing Link's life. he could tell this because of the way everyone became more intense. He had to act fast.

As Haru scraped his mind for any possible way to get out of this without a casualty. he had an idea. Haru stepped off of the rock, and sprinted towards the Goron. As the Goron glared at Haru, Haru was already dodging to the left. He circled around the burly Goron. When he was finally behind the Goron, Haru, with his superior speed, he focused his magic into three entities. These entities formed into three magical humanoid beings. Haru had a magical link with these beings, and with this link he gave them their orders. All three of them formed a triangle around the enemy Goron, and prepared to attack while Haru had already pulled out his whip. He was out of range for it, though, but he planned to just bide his time.

Meanwhile, the humanoid figures were jumping at the Goron from each direction. "They are a distraction! Take advantage of it!" Shouted Haru, standing safely out of range of the supposed Goron. He just hoped that his allies could find the right way to take advantage the distraction.

Jayko quickly ran to a nearby rock that had a decent size to it. He picked it up with one hand. It seemed to have enough weight on it to do what he planned. He tossed the rock in the air, timing it perfectly. He shot his clawshot, capturing the rock and sending right towards the goron, hitting it directly in the stomach. The goron winced, the air knocked out of him, he released Link, who ran into the crowd of other people.

Everyone seemed very tense.

Without any order, Ashanti waved her gloved hand in the air and casted a Slowga upon the Goron. She wanted to protect Link as much as possible, so she casted Haste and Fortify on Link, boosting him in speed and defense. The Goron seemed pretty angry, but it wasn't going to be able to attack much without any speed. Ashanti gripped her staff from her back and positioned herself for any incoming attacks.

Hiro was unsure of what to do. He thought that this would be a good time to try and offenseive move. He Stomped the ground with his right foot.... the ground rumbled for a minute, then a chunk of the ground emerged and waas tossed withgreat force into the air. As it fell, hiro discharged a thunderbolt from his palm, and hit the boulder. The boulder was now linked to his hand with a yellow and light blue chain of electricity. The boulder seemed to just float above the ground. He ran backwards to make some distance (and spped), and arced back towards the Goron. He trust his hand forward, making the boulder swing with it, as the boulder hurled towards the Goron, he could see that the others were readying to attack.
