The C Team, [begins]

[Nevermore]

Invisablility! Another mutant! None of the others reacted to his powers, so were they mutants too? Nevermore bared her teeh, and thought about what the boy had said. She had no reason to attack him yet, as her anger was for humanity, not mutantkind. She vigorously shook her head, dislodging a peice of glass from her cheek, then answered. "I wouldn't know. I've been out of touch. Kindly let go of me before i bite you."

[Kap'n Kyuubi]

kureiguu hesitated but realised that she wouldn't be able to bite in that position without some sort of trick. "Well are you going to attack us?!" he asked, somewhat scared, he could sense the mutant in her.

[Bulk]

Dante got up about 11:45. After his discussion with the Professor, he started to explore the school. He was still new here and didn't actually know where anything was. He headed down the stairs, or at least what was left of the stairs, passing by a great hole in the wall with a puddle of blood. Dante sighed; he just hoped that wasn't his fault.

He continued down the stairs and took a couple of turns until he had returned to where he had left his bag before the fighting began. He picked it up and brushed off all the dust. He checked inside to make sure everything was there and couldn't see that everything was missing. Turning to head back to his room, Dante heard voices coming from a room off to his right. He followed the voices.

He entered the kitchen, at what seemed to be the wrong time. A boy was holding a girl from behind and the others looked as if she had committed murder.

"Um..." started Dane. "I'll come back later."

He turned and was about to leave when Charles appeared at the door.

Not leaving, are we? Dante could here his voice in his head.

Dante looked at him sternly. "Of course not," he said smiling, falsely.

OOC: I will play Charles for a while now.

"Kureiguu," continued Charles, entering the kitchen. "Please put Nevermore down, she's one of us. Right, now before we begin, I think some introductions are in order. Everybody, this is Nevermore." Charles pointed at the girl who was still lying on the floor. He then continued around the circle of mutants. "This is Carlos, also known as Castiboy. Zack, also known as Sparky, Cameron, also known as Poseidon. Flora. Vincent, also known as Shard. This is Nevermore, which everyone needs to meet. And this is Dante," ended Charles pointing out Dante.

Dante sniggered.

"Something funny Dante?" questioned Charles.

"Oh nothing," said Dante, still smiling. "Well honestly, it's all a bit pathetic. You're not super heroes for Pete's sake!"

Charles looked at Dante sternly and Dante stopped chuckling. "Oh contrary Dante. We are more than 'super heroes'," he turned to the rest of the group. "My friends, you are here to join a legendary group tat will stand up against the forces of Magneto. You are the next X-Men. Or, as you shall now be known as, the C Team!"

Dante burst in to laughter and continued as he started to walk out. "I'm sorry," he said through tears of laughter. "But when I go this message about fighting up for good, I didn't think we'd be given crap names like 'Poseidon' or 'Castiboy'. Honestly, 'The C Team', what a dumb name. I'm surprised they don't call you wheels!"

And with that the front door slammed. Charles sighed; he knew Dante would be difficult.

"My friends," he said to the others. "Please, help yourself to breakfast but do not be late for your first lesson. I will leave you in the capable hands of my good friends and one of my last students, Angel"

A tall, handsome man appeared at the door. He had blond hair and was wearing a blue and black suit with a "C" in the centre. This obviously represented the C Team but it must've been surprising how quickly the suit was made. The most surprising thing about Angel was the two giant wings poking out of his back. They were magnificent. He was defiantly given the name Angel for a reason.

"Hi," said Angel, confidently and he shook each members hands one after another. He helped Nevermore to her feet and then seemed to infect try to flirt with Flora for a second.

"Angel," continued Charles. "If you wouldn't mind starting lessons with... how about a test run in the Dagger Room. I am off to try and persuade Dante to return, I will be back later."

And so the professor left. Angel stood there in the middle of the room, trying to keep his wings from hitting anything and was doing rather well at it.

"Right," he said. "When you’ve finished breakfast, just head down the list to the second basement and you'll find the Dagger Room easily. It's the one ladled Dagger Room."

Angel left and headed down to the Dagger Room, knocking over a coffee pot on his way out with a wing. Skilfully, without even slowing down, he gracefully placed hit back and even put the lid back on that someone had forgotten to do.

OOC: Just to let you know, I will now be playing Angel fro a while. I don't want Dante to be questioned about his powers yet and you guys need to learn more about each other and learn to work as a team it'll be good. I'll bring Dante back late as well as the professor, so for the moment, would no one bring them in, thank you.

"Oh, err... Sorry, Nevermore" Kureiguu said rubbing some sweat from the back of his neck "I'm going to the dagger Room, i'm not hungry." He then walked off to follow Angel thinking to himself about Nevermore (What Power does she have, i could feel something...)

[Nevermore]

Nevermore frowned slightly. So many mutants in one place... what did the man called Charles mean 'More than superheroes'? She looked up, and then laughed, for the first time in what seemed like forever. "Sorry about the window. At least you can see the sky through it now" She looked at the table for a moment, then sighed. "I don't eat. I'd like to look around, if that won't get me attacked, what is this place?"

Flora smiled as she saw Angel walk out the door, accidently knocking over something. "Oh, yeah. This is the school for... uh... I don't really know." She put a finger to her mouth, going deep into thought. Nevermore stared at her blankly and looked away, signaling an 'OK then" face. Flora just shook the thought from her head and peeked out the kitchen... "Wait! Dagger Room! What will this be? Getting shot down by daggers or something? This is crazy..." Flora walked out of the room. Looking back, she saw some toast lying on Zack's plate. Hmm... She put a hand to her stomach. She groaned as she felt hungry, but felt too sore to make anything to eat. "Heeey Zack... " She smiled suspiciously.

" What do you want..." Zack glared back.
"Can I have a piec-"
"No." Zack blurted out.
"Pleas-"
"No." Zack said again. "Go make your own!"
"Uh!" Flora humphed and took a piece and sped off down the hallway to the dagger room.

[ToTo]

Zack was drinking his coffee when suddenly some pieces of glass fell into his cup. He looked up and saw this weird looking girl fall out from the roof. As she hit the floor immediately Kyuubi turned invisible, walked behind her and grabbed her. Zack was ready to zap her but got interrupted by voice in his head "No Zack!!!". It was Xavier.
Xavier said to Kyuubi "put Nevermore down, she's one of us" and he explained about the c team, and how we all part of group that fights evil, against the powerful forces of magneto.
Even though Zack didn't want to participate in this ridicules c team, he knew magneto has to be stopped. "C team, what a stupid name" he thought to himself.
Then angle came in, even tough Zack seen angle bunch of times, he keeps being amazed by angles magnificent wings. Angle and Charles explained that they all should head towards the danger room in order to practice after they finish eating, "Eat? Bugger that, i want to punch something" said Zack.
Zack looked at flora as she was looking at him with a green smile.
"What do you want" he said.
"Can I have a piece-" flora asked
"No." Zack blurted out even tough he wasn't really hungry, "Go make your own!"
Flora humped and took a piece anyway and speed off down the hallway to the danger room.
"Oh this little brat, i will get back at her at the danger room" he thought and ran after her to the danger room.
While he was running Zack thought to himself "Something is wrong with that nevermore chick, I can’t quite put my finger on it but when I was near her I felt these strange feelings, like I just woke up from a nightmare, I better put an eye on her".

Flora giggled as she started munching on Zack's toast. She looked back, catching a glimpse pf Zack. "You're not gonna outrun me!" Flora said proudly, pointing to herself with her thumb. Besides, I don't want to let gymnastics pratice to go to waste. She ran as fast as she could, running like... nothing compared to what she thought of Zack. He had his hand on her shoulder in a couple of seconds.

"You should give up." Zack smirked. Flora just kept running. While trying to pull the toast back and forth, leaving crumbs all over the long hallway. She shoved the remainder of the toast into her mouth and wiped her hands off on Zack's face. "He-hey!" He yelled as grease smudged onto his face. She turned the corner crashing into Kureiguu as they were still walking slowly down to the Dagger room. Kureiguu went flying into Angel, smacking him right in the back. Zack turned the corner, laughing his head off. "You OK?"" He continued laughing.

"L-O-L Zack. Yeah my face broke the fall thank you very much." She said full of sarcasm. Zack patted her back and smirked.
"Your welcome." He walked faster suspiciously.
"What, did you put, on my shirt!" Flora tried looking onto her back.
"The stuff you put on my face..."
"You put grease on my shirt!? ZACK!!! You messed up my shirt!" Flora yelled.
"It already looks messed up with you wearin' it!" He laughed chaotically. She shot the coldest stare at him and walked off as Kureiguu and Angel watched her blankly.

Cameron was talking to all the others when a dark looking girl came through the window in the roof. Kurieguu, had turned invisible the minute she hit the ground and had grabbed her from behind. Instinctively Cameron 'grabbed' the hot coffee as he waved it around in front of him menacingly. "Aliright I'm really not one to attack before I know my facts, so first things first-" Cameron was cut off by Kurieguu, "...You one of Magneto's?""I wouldn't know, I've been out of touch."
A new mutant and Professor X then wheeled through the door after introductions, explaing that everyone in that room would become members of the C Team. The C Team's duty was to thwart magneto's or any other villian's evil plots. The new mutant whose name was Dante replied, "i didn't think we'd get stupid names like 'Poseidan' or 'Castiboy'"
"Hey," Cameron said standing up. "Don't make fun of me when i'm cotrolling a full pot of hot coffee." He saw the others in the room nod. Dante shot a glare at Cameron and stormed off.
Angel came into the kitchen and introduced himself. Professor X left to find Dante, and the new C Team had to go to the Danger room. Cameron heard Flora scream "You put grease on my shirt!? ZACK!!! You messed up my shirt!"
Cameron walked up to her and said, "I can fix it." He then easily lifed the liquid grease off of the back of her shirt and said, "Watch this." The grease was cold now so it posed no danger, so he placed it right in front of Zack as he was ewalking with his head turned and the grease splattered all over his krotch area.

Flora held the laughter as she watched Zack walking carelessly, not know know he looked like he had an accident in his pants. She hugged Cameron and winked at him. She giggled slightly and walked up to Zack. "Yeah uh... The bathroom's that way hun."

"Why are you tellin' me? Tough time getting that stain off the back of... your-How'd it get off!?" Zack asked nervously. "You put it on me, didn't you?" Zack asked whispering. Putting a hand to his face, she skipped off towards the Dagger Room. Cameron followed, smirking as he passed Zack. Cameron caught up and they clapped a high five.

[Starter530]

Zack walked around Carelessly, and everyone else in that hallway saw him, making remarks such as, "I learned not to do that when I was 3." Or, "You a little excited Zack?" Cameron then thought the charade had gone on long enough as he took the grease out of Zack's pants and dropped it in front of him, making a splash so Zack would know.
Zack looked down at the newly stained carpet, "Cameron!," he said laughing and made a run for the student. He grabbed on to him and they began to wrestle. They were like that for a while and Flora began taking bets from the students who passed by. Angel, after watching the match himself, Came over and broke it up. Cameron clapped Zack onj the back as Angel directed the three students towards the dagger/danger room.

[Bulk]

Angel headed down the list, leaving the other teenagers behind him. Honestly, children... he thought. He headed out of the list and took a couple of turns until he got the room labelled Dagger Room. He went in.

The Dagger Room was gigantic, the largest room in the building. It was completely empty and was painted a dark-green with a tint of black. The walls were created to project any image or object he a teacher would need. It used up an awful amount of power but it was a joy simply to teach in here. He started to program into his watch the lesson plan, which could then be uploaded, to the room at any given time. He also uploaded a set of suits for the students to use, which were positioned to the left of the door.

As he planned, he thought to himself. The C Team wasn't that odder name. The X-Men still sounded a bit pathetic to him and was particularly sexist to him. They had plenty of women but he suppose the X-People didn't have the same ring to it.

He clicked the final button on his watch and it returned to a simply "C" like the one on his chest with two hands on. It'd be useless to have a watch that didn't tell the time. He flapped his wings and took off for a bit of fun.

[Kap'n Kyuubi]

Kureiguu entered the Dagger Room and was shocked at it's size, was the building even this big? He walked around for a little and wandered slightly why it was called the Dagger Room. Angel was flying around. (Is he gonna teach us then?) To the left of the Door were Costumes (There is no way i'm wearing one of them.) The other Mutants started to enter...

Angel saw Kureiguu enter the Dagger Room. He knew everyone's names already, he'd been briefed along with the other few remaining teachers by Charles. He stopped swooping around and hovered, flapping in mid air, serveral feet above anyone else, in the centre of the room.

"Welcome to the Dagger Room," he said. "You will need to change before we start." He pulled up his wrist and pressed a button on his watch. Sereveral changing rooms appeared to the other side of the door, each labeled with a students name. Angel realse that Dante's had appeared and fiddled with his watch until it was gone.

"If you coul dchange as quickly as possible then we shall begin."

[Kap'n Kyuubi]

Angel flew off again leaving Kureiguu standing there, facing those Costumes. He grabbed one, looked around and ran into the Changing Room which he then searched for Cameras, finding one, he turned invisible for changing and had to think whether or not he should remain invisible while wearing this thing, he decided to reveal himself and save time for when he needed invisibility but would at least wait until others had their Costumes on so they couldn't laugh. "This better be worth it!"

[Nevermore]

Watching how each of them acted, and feeling their thoughts brush against the back of her mind, Nevermore came to the conclusion that the other mutants seemed to be allies, at least for now. Each one had left and gone to the 'Dagger Room', whatever that may be, so she got up and followed them, looking into a few rooms on the way. Bedroom, bedroom, kitchen, bedroom, bedroom, lounge. They seemed like the sort of place you would find in a boarding school, and that would explain the people from the dining room. "A mutant school..." said Nevermore to herself. She hadn't thought before that there would be as many mutants in one area that could fill a school. Every now and then there would be a room that looked conspicuously strange against the others. One was some sort of high tech room that looked like a hospital room from the future. A door marked 'dagger room' was set in a hallway. Nevermore frowned, wondering whether she should stay here. There was nothing for her here. No revenge, no justice. Maybe some understanding, but that wasn't what she had set out to get all those years ago. Fingering the teeth round her neck, she shrugged. At least it was something to do. Stepping inside the dagger room, the other mutants were picking up some sort of uniform. Nevermore just gaped at them all, trying to find words for the internal dread at the prospect of wearing that. "Hell no."

[Kap'n Kyuubi]

"This is mad... I like the Clothes i had on but this..." Kureiguu looked at himself in the mirror "Well Magneto's Forces may laugh to death if they see this, perhaps that's it's purpose" Somehow he doubted it. Kureiguu looked out of the Changing Room, other People were leaving there's, wearing the Costume, he decided to follow. Angel showed no sign of stopping his flight, he might be waiting for everyone to get changed, annoyingly some people didn't seem like they were going to anytime soon.

[ToTo]

"Oh, this Flora makes me go nuts" said Zack while he was entering the danger room. Angle asked everybody to change into the c team uniforms. "I kind of like it" Zack thought to himself, even though he will never admit it and said. "Hell no, I'm not wearing this", but after some convincing angle was able to talk Zack into wearing the costume. "I feel so stupid" said Zack but really thought "Omg this is so cool, it looks like i have muscles".
"I feel like superman, faster then a speeding bullet, but not as fast as Floras mouth". Cameron laughed and gave Zack a high five, little did he know that Zack had a surprise waiting for him as Zack past low voltage electricity into Camerons hand. "Hey said Cameron, that hurt". Zack smiled and said "you don't mess with the prankster, i owed you one". Zack knew it wasn't the end of this, he and Cameron always prank each other.
Zack saw Nevermore peeking from the outside with a confused look on her face, "Come in" he said, "there's enough silly costumes for all of us".

[Kap'n Kyuubi]

(Damn this is boring, i wish there was a Computer nearby...) kureiguu thought to himself leaning against the Changing Room Wall watching the others talking. (How do they all make Friends so easily... Well Friends are un-neccessary, they can create as many pointless bonds as they want, it'll only ruin them.) kureiguu looked away and thought about the Room (I need a Dagger, perhaps i'll get one here, or it might just be a name.)

"Cameron looked at the horrific suit Angel had set out for them, "Uhh...Professor? Is it okay If I wear my own suit I made a C Suit, 'cept the C stood for Cameron. And it can melt along with me, If I decide too, are you sure I can't wear that one?"
"Just put this one on. I promise that you'll like it." Angel said in mid-air. Cameron walked to the changing rooms and thought This is retarted. He quickly slipped into his suit and thought, Hmm. it is a perfect fit, maybe...He didn't finish the thought, instead he quickly melted and went back to his normal form, he saw that the suit had melted too! These suits were custom made as if someone knew that they would be the ones Xavier picked....
That would mean Zack's could endure a lightning bolt. Nevermore's.... well, no one knew Nevermore's powers yet, she is just a little scary.
Cameron walked out of the changing rooms to find Angel still in the air, And everybody thinks I'm a show-off when I'm too lazy to get up to get coffee. Zack, and Kurieguu had already gotten their costumes. He quickly analyzed the new team in his mind. Its Me, Zack, Flora, Kurieguu, Vincent, Carlos, Dante, and Nevermore. What could we possibly offer to the world.Cameron then remembered the battle the night before, how well he and Carlos worked together. Zack controls electricity, as Flora does with plants, Kurieguu is our stealth, Vincent is deadly, but he's injured. Carlos can do so many things that I can't even imagine. Dante and Nevermore, I hope we can find out their powers in this room. But it would be rude to ask. Cameron let the ideas wandert for a little while and he joined Zack and Kurieguu.

[Kap'n Kyuubi]

The one Kureiguu remembered from last night as cameron was approuching (i guess talking a little won't hurt.) kureiguu thought so then said "Hey, you were there last night, did you see where the dragon went, i fainted." (hey, i might even learn something useful.)

[Starter530]

"Actually, no." Cameron replied solemnly. "I was running from the dragon and the brotherhood with Carlos and Flora, when I used all the water in the fountain to make a giant wall to protect the mansion. It used up a lot of my energy though. I almost fainted. That dragon could've killed us If Carlos didn't give me the acid, that i threw in his eyes." Cameron looked down, "it was too close."

"Oh, well i saw it once in Japan, sometimes i think it's following me but it's probably coincidence..." kureiguu replied not knowing what to say next, conversations weren't his specialty. (Cameron isn't too bad of a person) he thought to himself (Like that guy in the kitchen, perhaps it won't be that bad here.)

"I wouldn't worry about it too much, I think its coincidence." Cameron said looking at him. "You know, You remind me of my friend Shard. Well Vincent really. He's myschevious and loves to steal. You two would work well together. He's in the hospital wing now though."

"Heh, what makes you think i love to steal? The power? Well it's true." kureiguu said smiling "Though i wouldn't call myself very mischevious... I wish the others would hurry up though, i don't want to stand here all day" kureiguu said looking at those still hesitating to get changed.

Flora walked by Zack and Cameron, and scoffed as they pranked eachother. She saw the changing rooms and watched as everybody groaned at the costumes. I wonder what I get? Flora dashed over to the costumes and picked one of them up. "Ugly, ugly, ugly, ew, ew. Boy do these people have bad taste." Flora looked disgusted.

"Do they?" Angel flew behind Flora.
"Horrible." Flora blurted out randomly. Flora turned around and gasped. Staring at Angel.
"Uh... well this one looks great, heh!" She randomly picked one up and smiled. Ugh, his place is dreadful... She picked a nice color and put it on. She walked out of the dressing rooms .

[Nevermore]

Everyone seemed to be cooperating with Angel, even if it was clear that some despised the costumes. Maybe they were used to being forced into things like this. After looking to see whether there actually was anything worth wearing in the pile of cloths, she put them down in disgust and turned to the nearest mutant, Flora. "Look, I don't know what kinda freakshow superteam of happy jolly comrades you got going here, but you can count me out."
Flora turned to nevermore, indignant thoughts of the costumes momentarily forgotten.
"Hey, don't call us a freakshow, you're one of us too, you know. We’re not freaks, just... people."
Nevermore grinned, briefly showing her sharp teeth. "Really? That’s not what the rest of the world seems to think.”

[Starter530]

Cameron and Kurieguu looked over to where the heated argument had begun and ran over to try and stop it. "Look you two, Flora's right. We may not fir the established norm of global society. And yes we are freakshows. But we're in this together to stop the mutants who are too power hungry and too full of revenge. We are the pupils of Xavier's teachings and we are the new combatants in this all-out war and if our group is falling apart from the inside, then there's no way we can do anything to help stop Magneto. Like it or not we're in this fight together and that's the way it's going to stay, kapiche?" Cameron was alarmed by his sudden assertiveness. As it had blown a few other people, who knew Cameron, away.

[Kap'n Kyuubi]

"Wow cameron, you must have been up all night preparing that speech" Kureiguu said walking over to the Mutants. "Please just get changed so we can start already" he said to Nevermore sighing, "it's not like any of us like the suits either."

"Nah, I'm just very charismatic. Yeah, I'd rather be in the suit I made myself. Hmm. that gives me an idea but I need to wait until Vincent is out of the hospital wing to make it work, Now please change Nevermore, I'd rather get in on some action rather than complain about the uniforms."
