i do believe i have already spoken of the idea of introducing a special fourth trophy badge for special occasions (and i do owe one to jake and MM for their participation in last year's halloween themed sprite).

anyway, we've got it, the cookie badge! now the thing is sharkeh's really fond of his half sized new sprites for badges, so, here i show, here you vote or state your opinion in elaborated words if you do feel like communicating for a change.

I prefer the old ones; they're definitely pixel-ish enough for me.

In addition, the outlines on the new ones are much more pronounced. They don't look good on the site's grey background. On the old ones, you could live without them.

If the new ones were cel shaded or something, though, they'd work great. I like the pixelated feel you're going for here.

outlines bug me too, but it could be solved by, say, adding a white border all around them for example. also if i'm not wrong they are normally displayed in a bright gray box, so not against the darker background.

I prefer the older ones because (in this case) I prefer clarity over style.

I second the stuff about the outlines on the new ones. They could probably just be a continuous color and work, but having the color shift on this site's background is not working too hotly.

Also for the cookie: if it is chocolate chip I think the chips need to be darker. If it is oatmeal it needs to be lumpier.

casteh the old ones look more defined, I honestly like them better.

honestly though, shouldn't the awards be a lot better looking? a box with a ribbon is honestly kinda plain. I like them don't get me wrong, just i think something more fitting would be better(don't ask me more fitting cuz idk, i think like badges)

what more fitting as the ultimate pixel artists' reward than an solid gold voxel? i know it's visually simple, but simple is good and it's conceptually most fitting.

anyway, there you go sharkeh, i also like the old ones better, although some edits wouldn't hurt.
