H ow do you edit the little quote under your avatar?

click on 'My Controls' on the top bar
in the section marked 'Personal Profile' click on 'Edit Profile info'
in the box next to 'Custom member title', highlight text and type desired custom member title
at the bottom click 'Amend my profile'
