Introduction:

Greetings Pokémon Battlers of C Spriting.
I, Virus, have devised a Program that will help those in need of Pokémon Training.

Purpose:

A Student, one who is not knowledgeable in Pokémon battling specifics (EV's, IV's, breeding, natures, team building, strategy, and anything else for that matter) can learn from somebody with Experience. Here's how we make it happen.

How to become a Trainee

In order to become a Trainee, you must post, with this form:

CODE
[b]Username: [/b]
[b]Pokemon Version(s): [/b]
[b]Point(s) of Weakness: [/b]
[b]Point(s) of Strength: [/b]
[b]Time Zone: [/b]

You will be taught in your Point(s) or Weakness, and you will brush up on your skills in your Strengths.

How to become a Trainer

In order to become a Trainer, you must post, with this form:

CODE
[b]Username:
[b]Pokemon Version(s): [/b]
[b]Willing to teach: [/b](What you are willing to teach someone in need, basically, what you're good at)
[b]Refuse to teach: [/b](what you will not teach someone else)
[b]Specialization: [/b](The thing you're best in)
[b]Time Zone: [/b]

Rules:

You can sign up as both a Trainer and a Trainee.
Trainees and Trainers are required to meet, at a minimum, 3 times a week, and each week, they must battle at least once to review what they've learned.
Students are responsible for learning, providing what needs to be taught, and hopefully, showing improvement.
Trainers are responsible for teaching what's needed, hopefully going above and beyond the requirements for teaching, giving ME a WEEKLY progress report on how their Trainee is doing. And determining whether or not the student needs further teaching. And stating in this thread who you will teach.

Accepted,

We need more Trainees.

i would just like to remind you that the whole point of adding time zones is to make this accessible to people all over the world, so it would be nice if people cared to specify their time zone in international easy to understand format, i.e. relative to GMT (or more technically speaking, UDT).

for instance, notice how SF specified his time zone as "GMT" and not "WET" (West European Time). I don't like having to google "EST" everytime i wanna know what time it is in America.

there i ranted! but seriously. Do yourselves a favor and go read wikipedia if you have no clue what i'm talking about.

and remember to tell your friends about this program!

Medical Meccanica - March 22, 2010 08:25 PM (GMT)
Too bad, I'm an ignorant american. if you're so smart then you do it.

castiboy - March 22, 2010 08:53 PM (GMT)
if that's laziness, shame on you, it takes two seconds to inform yourself and it won't harm you.

if that's a reaction to what you may have interpreted as offensive, then my bad, i didn't mean to imply anything by my example: EST applies to more than the united states, and america is not just one country.

Yes, Everyone, remember to inform others about this program.
