holy cow it's the first time i play a mario land game, and it was quite a weird experience.

at first, it looks familiar, but then the music starts and it's unusually unfamiliar... then you discover the completely weird "fireball physics" o.0;
then i get a star and omg holy cow
[listen here], why oh why would they use THAT song?

i mean, not only it seems unrelated now, but it's a cliche melody that is obviously linked to something completely different from mario.

also, i was surprised to see egypt and the easter islands as seemingly actual worlds in a game that doesn't take place in our world ._.

and why are there ant-like koopa replacements with explosive corpses?

then the water levels... i lost most of my lifes in there for no reason other than i wasn't expecting that kind of gameplay.





NEVERTHELESS, i have yet to go back in there and finish that game sometime. for the sake of it :D
