Jamison walked off the docks, just coming off the ship he'd managed to get passage on. See, people had heard of him, and after hid 'death' a lot of people were shocked to even see him alive around here. They'd brought him back to London to live with his sister, who was seriously off her rocker.
His black hair fell shaggy, spikey almost, his pale green eyes rimmed with thick kohl. His pale skin was illuminated in the firelight of the streets. People shoved against him as he walked through, and he just simply shoved back. After asking around for the whereabouts of Jack Sparrow, after finding his daughter was due to be on his ship, he'd gotten the most ridiculous answers. Some man even proposed that Jack Sparrow was deceased. Yes, likely, right? So here he was, stuck in Tortuga for a while, just waiting for the Pearl to dock so he could see his little girl again, who, to his estimation, wasn't so little anymore. |

Tortuga, the home of the pirate that now staggered down the docks was a place of, well, piracy. Pirates lived here, and they always acted like themselves, which meant that they killed, beat up, stole and otherwise wreaked havoc on each other and the buildings around them until they were either too drunk to stand, or they were hired as part of a crew on a ship that was going to go do more of what they had been doing here, but at sea.
That was exactly why the young man was here now. He wanted to be out at sea again, and feel the wind in his hair, the spray on his face. Luc missed them, and being stuck in Tortuga for two straight months could really do something to a pirate's attitude. He was desperate now, and would agree to be part of almost any crew, on almost any ship. His black, ragged hair just touched his shoulders, and swung when he walked, dirt clinging to it as though it was the end of the world. His face was long and weathered, and showed that he could be kind, but right now he just looked drunk. Luc's eyes were glazed, but otherwise looked the same as they normally did, large and hazel framed by dark lashes. His hands were calloused from always using his weapons, and he was pretty tall, a few inches under six feet. Luc was wearing a loose shirt. It was so dirty that you couldn't tell what color it was anymore, although it had probably been white. There was a rip from his right shoulder to his left hip in it. Over that there was a stiff leather vest, and loose brown pants. The normal amount of scrapes, scratches, bruises and scars could be seen on the skin that was showing. Luc stumbled down to where Jamison was and looked him over. He didn't seem to be a pirate, but one never knew by another's looks what they were, although it was a pretty good guess. Luc glanced around and saw a few ships there, but most of them were just leaving, and one was being repaired from a wreck, but she had been sailed into Tortuga. "What'uh you doo-un' 'ere?" Luc asked, his voice slurred. You could tell that he had been drinking heavily very recently. He tried to focus on the man beside him, but it made him dizzy to, so the pirate gave up on that. |
