Zell, known greatly for its beauty and its blue, snowy white, and silver glow, seems not so dangerous around Mimbaln. One that's not quite so afraid of the danger of Zell and its engulfing, freezing environment will find that around Mimbaln it's not so different, and yet with the inhabitants of this place there seems to come the simple reassurance that Mimbaln is tame and quieter.

The snow - a powdery, soft white - extends vastly into the horizon, and in the distance the mountains appear small as they touch the downy softness of the clouds above. A crystal-like shimmer of blue seems to encase them, and their tips are dipped in the similar white softness of snow. The sky, in its similar hue of blue, hosts sparkles of silver of many sizes, like close- and far-off stars both in the daylight and in the darkness.

Not far from Mimbaln there sits a wide, large tower, like a vast tree that's grown for ages. It spirals upward, kissing the sky, and it hosts a similar blue glow that is both warming and welcoming in the never-ending winter. A large, single door awaits the front, and when one approaches is opens.

It makes little sound as it does so, and at the door is a white-garbed, small person with their hood drawn and their eyes averted or downcast. When looking inside one begins to wonder whether or not the exterior of the tower was an illusion, for within it there extends a long, endless-seeming hall with pillars and columns that extend to hold the second floor.

In this place there are rows of small windows and it is somewhat empty, hosting the faint whispers of a subtle song and voices unexplained. It is hard to tell whether or not the voices are really there, and in the silence the door closes from behind. The little person makes their way off, not bothering to say a thing if she is not spoken to.

Down the middle of the white marble floor there extends a blue and silver carpet, complementing the similar colors of the Zellian day outside. It holds a simple pattern of symbols and designs, all having to do with the goddess of balance, law, and order. The hall seems to go on like the emptiness of the snow outside, and as one walks and pays attention to the silent whisperings go on in their head, they'll find that there is little else in the long and eerily beautiful hall.

At the end there stands a statue, white as the snow and erected in semblance of the godess of law, order, and balance. She is a beautiful woman, youthful in appearance, but in her eyes there is a vast touch of emotion that seems to extend forever, into the inescapable expanse of time. She is garbed in a real blue gown of velvet and silk, which flows freely about her. Around her there are roses, blue and silver and white.

The soothing song and subtle whispers of the hall are somewhat disturbed but do not shift or change. Instead they seem to trill in greeting as the soft sound of footsteps enters the initial area. From some area of the corner of the eye there comes a figure, and it appears to be a white-robed woman with snowy hair and eyes that complement the sky. Her skin is fair and her robe is girdled at the waist. Her small hands are folded in her lap, and with a small smile on her face she extends her head downward in a respectful bow of sorts.

Though the smile does not diminish, there seems to be that similar hint of vast emotion and endless time within her eyes. "Greetings," she intones softly, and the area around her seems to come alive with a sort of enthusiasm, a type of undying love. It is as if the goddess herself is wrapping her protective arms about everyone in the vicinity, and as if she was only waiting for her handmaiden to greet the newcomer before doing so.

"Welcome to our humble home," she says softly, and her voice is a low sound of reassurance and of peace. In it there is a sort of contentment, and her movements are both sedate and placid. "In the name of our goddess of natural order and of law and balance, our mother Ilsanias, we welcome you with open arms."
