There are five spots on the Council, but only two open at the moment. Females are great (rofl), but you don't necessarily have to make your character female to get your application past us. Basically, just use the template in the joining section, but be sure to give us a sample post of at least 555 words. Yes, the post should focus on the character you are applying with. Theoretically, the vampire should be at least a couple hundred years of age, but younger ones do occasionally hold a spot on the Council.
