*Full name: Flaede Remyu Vorru
Alias (what the character goes by): Fliry Vorru
*Age:
Gender: Male
Species (+bloodline/?): Faerie
Mantel, if character is a faerie:
Pine squirrelAppearance: (With Glamour) Soft single-shade green eyes. The right side of his face appears mottled with scars, small ridges of raised skin, along his cheek and just above his right eyebrow. His long hair is below shoulder length and in a light blonde shade with darker locks dispersed throughout. Fliry Vorru wraps himself always in this glamour, unless otherwise noted.
(Without Glamour) Distinct shades of aquamarine, silver, and royal blue ring Vorru's eyes, set just beneath his dark, arching eyebrows. The side of his face is typically bandaged in two places, along his cheek and above his brow and continuing to his hairline, and were he to disrobe you would discover plain cloth wraps securing another bandage at his left side, just along his lowermost ribs. In the unusual event that these bandages (which are usually concealed with glamour) were removed, our Vorru would bleed steadily.
Flaede Remyu Vorru's hair is fluffy and rarely cut, worn down and hanging well past his shoulders. The color of his hair ranges from a very light blonde to a near-white where it has been bleached by hours in the sun. Vorru's skin is cream-colored and smooth in all places except those hidden by bandages; he doesn't naturally have hair on his chest, arms, and could never grow a beard. Usual attire for Vorru would consist of a sturdy pair of dark trousers supported by a strong leather belt, and a button-up dress shirt, though typically it is worn loose and hangs open to mid-chest.
Personality: Vorru is a very prideful Fey, and carries a natural dislike of humans in general that leads him on occasion to say careless and hurtful things to the few human friends he does possess. While he doesn't find humans distasteful individually, he loathes their way of life and civilization, finds television and film vulgar, and hates cities and streets studded with signs and advertisements.
Although relatively young for a Fey, he stands with the more old-fashioned lot in most circumstances. He sees no romance in technology, finds no beauty in modern fashions, and disdains behavior he considers rude or obnoxious; typically things he has associated with either humans or neophyte Fey.
As you might guess, these traits make him none too popular anywhere but with the old ones, and Vorru has since learned to keep his narrow-minded thoughts and opinions to himself when he can help it, making him seem quiet and introspective.
His true passion lies in respect and formality, the "old ways", and his attitude puts him in good favor of the more conservative side of the court - perhaps more so than any others his age. Though prudent enough to hold his tongue on the matter, Vorru ultimately wishes for the Fey to regain the magicks cast aside and return to their "rightful" place ruling over mankind.
History: Not too much is known about Vorru, as for a time he was sent to serve as a family liason in the human city of Orlando, where it is suspected he fought and lost in an unsanctioned duel against another Fey, for Vorru's wounds were carved by a magic blade and have not and will not heal. Vorru returned from his time in the city bitter and a bit cynical, vowing to enter court politics and change the course the Fey were taking for the better.
