My brother discovered this game the other day, it's a fan-made project to port the original Zelda game to PC. I've tried it out and it's actually really good. The latest version includes not just the original game, but also several bonus quests including the Japan-only SNES game BS Zelda.

Zelda Classic can be downloaded at http://zeldaclassic.armageddongames.net/ , the latest stable release is 2.10.
