"Will do, just go already" Geziah said.

[Ryuu Atrineas]

Jack gets up and begins to walk to Guen, who is still looking quite confused. He clears his throat lightly to get her attention.

"Excuse me, my good lady," he addresses with a bow. Guen looks a little unsure but this seems to be a nice gesture. Jack continues, "It would appear you are lost. would you mind joining me and my friends to lunch?"

Guen tilts her head with a slight, "Uh...?" in her voice.

"Oh dear, perhaps she doesn't speak my language... I was afraid of this..." he says softly. He tries again, being a bit more linguistic with his hands as well, "Would you like to join us for lunch?"

This seems to work better because now she knows where to focus her attention. With that, she actually nods to him! She says, "I was afraid I would have to be alone. Thank you, sir."

Jack blinks for a moment. He could tell she was from Istal by her words, and he actually has a rough understanding of it, so if anything, he could get an idea of what she's saying, even if she couldn't really with him. With a smile, Jack leads Guen back to where Geziah's sitting.

[Riddler]

"So, you managed to succeed, huh Jack?" Geziah said. "What might your name be?" Geziah asked the female, speaking slowly, hoping she'd understand.

The kid sitting next to Geziah looked up from his food, and stared at Geziah for a while, before turning his head back to his food, staring at it rather than eating it.

"You have to speak with your hands as well, my friend," Jack says to Geziah. "Observe."

While using his hands to point Guen's attention, Jack says to her, "My name is Jack. This is my friend Geziah. And your name...?"

Seeing Jack's hands move from himself to Geziah, then to her, she says with a smile, "Guenevere."

"My! A royal sounding name," Jack smiles widely.

[Riddler]

(Dude, multi-language is confusing me )

The voice Guenevere spoke with made Geziah belief slightly more in Jacks confident of her being a female."The words I was intending on using are way to complicated to hand-speak." Geziah says to Jack.
"How are you?" He asks Guenevere.

[Ryuu Atrineas]

"Eh...?" Guen tilts her head.

"She's from southern Istal, so I can help... roughly," Jack admits. "I once studies some languages when I planned on being a traveling entertainer."

He clears his throat and asks on Geziah's behalf, "How are you, miss Guenevere?"

Well, that's what he intended to say. It must not've come out right because Guen suddenly starts giggling. But he seems to at least got his point across as she answers, "I'm well. Tired, but well."

"Sounds like she's doing alright," Jack relays the message. "I don't know what I said to make her laugh though."

[GameNerd]

Out of nowhere, an apple suddenly materialised before Geziah's face, and flew right over his head, rolling across the floor.

At the far end of the room, there was a sigh from the supervisor. He merely waved his hand and the apple disappeared again.

Surrounding students looked oddly at where the apple had come from, except for Benocurro, who was staring at one of the meals.

"Ah...!" Guen gasps.

"What on earth...?" Jack rubs his head.

[Riddler]

"I suppose that was done by one of our teachers.." Geziah says. "A shame he didn't mae it stay, I would've taken it."

[GameNerd]

Another apple appeared as Geziah looked behind him, and flew against the back of his head, bounced of, and landed on Benocurro's plate, right in the middle of a pool of gravy. Benocurro focused his gaze on the apple now, but still no reaction besides a bit of blinking.
The supervisor disappeared into a door in the back with an angry face.

Guen starts giggling from the sight.

Jack reaches over and taps Benocurro's shoulder.

"Pardon me, my good sir, but are you unfamiliar with this food? You've only been staring at it."

[GameNerd]

Benocurro looked up, with his face slightly quizical. He probably did not understand the language Jack was talking in. He made a few gestures with his finger, as if he was drawing something in the air. He then seemed to partly forget Jack and counted his fingers. He then looked up, back at Jack. He stuttered something out. "<Hello>" he said. It was in Pallatin, but this simple word was nigh-universal.

Inside, Jack sighs with slight frustration. Was Geziah the only one who he could easily speak to? And why was Benocurro so space-y with his eyes...?

Outwardly, Jack just have a small wave, replying, "Hello" to him.

Seeming to forget the language barrier, Guen suddenly asks Geziah, "Do you think we will all be in the same classes at the same time? Or maybe we will all be cycling in different classes in the day?"
Her little voice is actually kinda cute.

Jack absentmindedly grabbed the apple and began chewing it.

"Is he fine?" a kid opposite of Jack asked in Coastal. His accent and hesitation betrayed that it wasn't his native language, though.

(Darn, I was expecting that, so I planned to add a note. I forgot! Anyway, here's the new post.)

Benocurro absentmindedly grabbed the apple and began chewing it.

"Is he fine?" a kid opposite of Jack asked in Coastal, a language which almost sounded like home to Guen. His accent and hesitation betrayed that it wasn't his native language, though.

"Auch". Geziah says. It was the only thing he could get out, being confused from probably at least 5 languages.

Jack, not really knowing Coastal entirely himself, hesitates to answer, but Guen pipes up, recognizing this.

"He does seem a little absent-minded, doesn't he?" she asks.

[GameNerd]

"A little?" the kid asked. "He's in his own earth."
The kid observed Benocurro a little bit, though the latter didn't notice.
"Anyway, my name is Stephen Bellfry, pleased to meet you." the kid said, trying to offer his hand, only just able to reach across half the table.
