Rina padded along in front of her newly found friend, Yokushin. Night was dawning on the surroundings and also the animals inhabiting the Yamamori territory. Soft, tired paws thudded on the ground boredly as a very tired wolfess thundered on into the denning area. "You said it was here, so here we are." She grunted almost rudely. Sleep. Sleep. Sleep, was all she wanted but was still trying to stay alive for Yokushin's sake. She didn't want to collapse on him when he was kind enough to help her pick out a den. Many holes littered the area and a river thundered by. The memory of splashing in the water with Yoku entered her mind and quickly left as her brain almost shut off with exhaustion. "Which one do you think would be the best?" Rina asked stupidly, golden eyes looking into his face as though she was going to fall over and just completely shut off.

Much like Rina, Yokushin was beginning to feel somewhat tired. The day had been pretty eventful considering that it was out of his normalcy ranges, so it had taken a bit of a toll on him. Nonetheless, he padded onward until they reached the denning area, prompting a nod from him as he began to skim the area for suitable dens. "Personally, I prefer over there." he said, gesturing with his snout towards where his own den rested. He preferred to be away from the river and closer to the trees. The sounds of the water made sleep uneasy for him for some reason, but maybe Rina was different. "I don't like hearing the river much so that's why mine is that way." he explained, still looking from den area to den area. "What do you prefer?" he asked to gather some criteria for her. If she didn't mind the water and wanted to be close to the river for the sake of easily getting up from a big sleep to drink, then one closer to the waters was for her. If not, well then the opposite stood true. He also took a second to wonder what kind of style of den she liked, if she enjoyed bigger dens with a lot of room to spread out or smaller, more cozy-feeling ones. That was the next matter of business after the general location was dealt with.

Rina sighed and looked over to the river dens and to the dens nearer the trees and sighed again. "I suppose I prefer the water, I always liked it." She replied boredly. Talk, talk, ask questions answer questions and all the while her mind was slowly floating into dreamland like a snail. Wind whispered in her soft golden ears and the breeze caressed her body, keeping it up and making her sway with her yellow eyes open and staring at one particular den... Its opening was rounded with a rock overhanging it as the entrances roof, and yet Rina could feel the rightness of it swishing towards her on the wind. She could almost tell the inside was small, cozy and full of soft milkweed and straw blown in with the leaves. Its empty space would soon be filled with a sleepy, young woman who would call the small den home forever...

Yokushin took her mention of enjoying the water with a quick nod. "Okay," he replied and turned his course slightly more towards the river and ambled on, his golden eyes skimming along for good dens. At least it wasn't all too difficult to find one that was uninhabited since Yamamori wasn't exactly hugely populated. He walked past a smaller den that looked to be an old abandoned hole that had not seen a resident in eons and a den that was situated just underneath a particular tree that probably utilized the ruts for its structural integrity. However, he paused for a moment when he saw Rina's eyes focused onto something in particular. She hadn't said much in a short while so Yokushin wondered what she thought and figured he could at least ask. "See something you like?" he inquired softly and moved his paws to stand next to her and turned his eyes in the direction hers had been. He just saw the rounded entrance to a den, nothing supremely special or anything to him but maybe it was just the den of her absolute dreams. "Let's check it out." the heir added, padding forward to stick his head in the entrance to make sure no badgers or other angry critters had taken up residence within.
