Question about upload

As a start I wanna say sorry if I'm posting this in wrong section, or if this is a dumb question, I want to ask if it's ok to post a link to Yui's vid from her Sony Walkman commercial, the one where she sings I'll be in a school. I am not sure if it's allowed so therefore I want to ask before I do something stupid, also if anyone knows, is it ok to post it on youtube?

u can post any YUI video u want if it's from tv or radio show but it's a NO NO to post video rip from dvd or cd.... support origianal !!! :good

I had a look too, and the one link I found was dead =P So by me it's ok if you post it as long as you didn't rip it from your Again LE dvd

But I'm guessing it's ripped from somewhere, I won't post it I guess since I don't know the source, I got a link to this vid, that's all.

I'm glad I asked lol, wouldn't want to violate the rules shortly after I joined.

And one more thing, u guys think posting this on youtube violates some copyrights? If so I'll remove it from there XD tho I found it on PandoraTV site aswell.
