I think I can help. I know Wordpress and that's what I use in stereopony.tk . I know how to edit css but I don't make blog layouts. I can also tinker a bit of php. :D

I did a library system with HTML, PHP and SQL for my final year project. But that was more focused on database and functionality rather than appearance...Not to mention I'd need a refresher course since it was years ago...^^; I don't think you'd need too know much php for this project though. It mostly acts as an interface to secure information(passwords, links to database, etc) you don't want people to be able to view from the codes. Someone who really knows their way around wordpress and html, and knows a little about php would be good.

Some genius deleted some styles in the stylesheet over the night and now the links looks awful... do i need to stay all the time over the thing to prevent you idiots to screw things up!!!!!!!
