Paramore, Just an awesome band, worth checking out

I thought I could share one of my personal favorite artists/band with you. The band is called Paramore, and I would strongly recommend that all of you check them out. Hayley Williams' vocals are absolutely amazing, and she has such a beautiful voice. The music style that the band plays would fall under the pop category, and they are a bit more upbeat and rocking compared to YUI's material, but if you like girl singers don't overloook this band, they are seriously amazing. I was fortunate enough to see them perform live when they came to Toronto last year and played at The Opera House. They give a really energetic performance and The Opera House is a great venue due to its rather small size of the club.

You can check out Paramore on either purevolume or Myspace. They recently released a new album called RIOT!, which would be their second album. They belong to Fueled By Ramen Records, the same label that Fall Out Boy previously belonged to. I am loving every single track off the new CD, and so I just wanted to share the love :)

I fell in love with their music because of their songs "Never Let This Go" and "Pressure". They're both emo and fun to listen to at the same time.haha

I wouldn't recommend downloading their songs because I like to encourage supporting artists and their work. But I suppose if you're not sure if the music is to your liking, you could perhaps download some songs and if you find that you really enjoy it, go out and buy their album! I know I will once I'm finally finished school next week!

I'm seeing Paramore tonight in concert with The Starting Line. This will be the second time that I see Paramore and the third time for TSL. I'm quite excited :clap




***Concert Report***

Paramore were AWESOME. Hayley is just a natural at dazzling everyone with her presence and charm. Her voice is absolutely beautiful and she hits every note that she sings right on key. Additionally it's always cool to watch Josh and Jeremy perform live, they flat out rock. My favorite song to see them play is Pressure simply because Jeremy performs some crazy moves which include rolling off Josh's back, haha - I totally want to rip that move off from him. Zac is a solid drummer as well and my brother can definitely attest to that. But once again, the real star of the show is in fact Hayley - she is EXTREMELY cute when she moves around on stage, I'm not even going to lie. Great show, it was well worth going to :good

paramore is such an awesome band. They did some of the music off the Twilight movie. The song Decode that they did is pure genius!

Love Hayley Williams and her red hair. Love the carrot she's holding in "That's What You Get' video!! Her voice is really very powerful, but she doesn't sound like she's yelling out the whole song. And she's hot too!

There's a rumor that she and her guitarist are like, dating (I saw a picture of them on Youtube kissing... :rolleye ) and that she's pregnant. But then she did an appearance to prove she's not..... :sry

Paramore?? what can i say?? been listening to them since they are underground... back in 2005 they got 3 albums The Summer Tic Ep which is pretty rare now adays, All We Know Is Falling and Riot!! Western Bands are so very popular here in our country. that's why even if they are still underground their cd's are out on the black market... hmmmmmmm...

@Skye hi there friend!! Hayley Williams is currently dating Chad. The frontman of the band New Found Glory... Josh and Hayley are just friends and bandmates. atleast that's what they say...

I think Paramore is one of the better modern pop bands out there. Hayley can flat out sing, and they are very tight live (gonna see them in a few weeks, right before my Japan trip. woot!).

I'm seeing Paramore on July 11th (my half birthday!! haha).

Paramore is, no contest, my favorite band in existence.

I LOVE Paramore. I agree- its definitely of the better contemporary music these days.

Paramore announced their new album the other day. It's going to be called "brand new eyes" and pre-orders start July 7th! The album doesn't release until September 29 though lol. Also on July 7th, you can download their first single, "Ignorance". I've already heard the song, and it's quite amazing and intense...look it up on youtube.

You guys should try one of their songs called 'Breathe'... It's really a sad song and Hayley's vocal is superb there. :suki

@Dogard: That song is actually called "Until Tomorrow"...It kinda depends on who you talk to, because most people think it's called "Breathe", but the real title is "Until Tomorrow".

and i love the new record, in fact this tuesday im going to see them live on their brand new eyes tour.

about Brand New Eyes...

the power tracks like Brick by Boring Brick, Carefull, Playing God, Turn it off and Ignorance... are still which i would say a Paramore power tracks... in my opinion their ballad on the album becomes different or should i say has stepped into the next level... unlike in their previous albums which i could say an emo ballad... in this album it has a pinch or sounded more like a country...
