Right away, the show starts off with 8-men in the ring. General Manager Paul Heyman comes out and announces that both he and Revenge General Manager Eric Bischoff have come to an agreement that they will both hold a battle royal, and the two winners will face off at War Zone in the opening match where the winner will receive the number 20th entry and the loser must enter the War Zone match at number 1.

AJ Styles taunts in the ring as he now will go to War Zone and have the opportunity to enter the War Zone match at number 20! Meanwhile Kevin Nash and Scott Hall continue to brawl outside the ring, with security come running out to break both of them apart.

Backstage, Paul Heyman speaks with Eric Bischoff on the phone about the contract signing for Seth Extreme and that he will be coming to Impact. Kevin Nash and Scott Hall are brought into the office and Heyman tells them that on the last episode before War Zone 3, Kevin Nash and Scott Hall will face off in the most brutal match in WXW.....a Last Man Standing in Hell Match!!!!!!!! A match that could only be seen on ppv will be coming to live tv for free!!!!!!!

World Heavyweight Champion Randy Orton/Edge vs Undertaker/The Rock
Undertaker and The Rock def. Randy Orton and Edge via pinfall after The Rock nails the spinebuster on Orton and then the People's Elbow. Undertaker gives Edge the Last Ride through the announcers table on the outside after the match. Rock taunts with the World Heavyweight Championship in the ring over Orton.

John Cena vs Chris Jericho
John Cena def. Chris Jericho. Both men were bloody, and both men were climbing up the Steel side. Both men sat on the top and began throwing punches at each other. Then, Cena ducked a punch from Jericho, and picked him up. The fans began to go nuts, and then Cena gave Jericho the FU off the top of the steel cage, and Jericho went falling back into the ring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The fans are going nuts as Cena slowly climbs out of the cage, and falls to the floor winning the match. EMTs and Doctors come rushing out to the ring to check on Jericho who is motionless and bloody. Cena is given the US Championship title belt and sits on the floor still bloody.
