Right away, the show starts off with pyros on the stage, and then right after, General Manager Paul Heyman comes walking out onto the stage, and announces the new World Heavyweight Champion, Randy Orton! Orton's theme begins to play, and then Randy Orton walks out onto the stage with the World Heavyweight Championship belt around his waist. Orton walks down the ramp and then gets into the ring, and takes off the belt, and holds the World Heavyweight Championship belt in the air on the turnbuckle. Orton then grabs a mic from ringside and the fans have a mixed reaction towards the new World Heavyweight Champion. "At the biggest pay per view of the summer, I defeated The Great One, The Rock for the World Heavyweight Championship. I went through a draft, a tournament, just to come face-to-face with my destiny. But now we must wait and see who will be the next challenger for the World Heavyweight Champion, and the next victim to the Legend Killer. Tonight, I have been officially declared as the special enforcer of the Fatal 4-way match for the number one contendership. May the best man.....win." Orton taunts with the World Heavyweight Championship in the ring, and then leaves.

Backstage, Paul Heyman is his office with both Kevin Nash and Scott Hall with security and police officers seperating both men. Paul Heyman says that he has never had so many people in his office before. Paul Heyman then says that the rivalry between Kevin Nash and Scott Hall has gotten so intense that it has to meet it's conclusion sometime, so at War Zone 3, it will be Kevin Nash versus Scott Hall in a Last Man Standing Match!
