Naiya A city built upon the water. The capital city of Niar is one that not many have been to. To reach it one must either brave the creatures of the ocean or seek transport aboard one of the many Niar battleships. The city itself is comprised of twisting streets made of sand that are likely to shift as much as the current does. Chailyn Upon one a of the few sporadic islands this city is built. It is a midway point between the port cities and one of the many points that the capital may lie at.
