New Year's resolutions

Did you make any? Have you kept them?

I said I was going to keep more organized at work , I never know who's on vacation, company calendar is saying someone on my team owes 38 hours of vacation back, I think they owe 1 etc

So far so good , I'm keeping everything organized... I'm also keeping recors ofthe mistakes our clerical person does too ( as she is the one who sent the nasty message to my bosses complaining about my poor record keeping)

Looks like Cal is starting up another "list"...

unlike the list on here, which was all in jest, my so called work list is the real deal, a couple of years ago my co-worker came out of her annual review and told me how she was ambushed with several complaints s specific Cleint Service Manager had made against her to our Director. Neither of us could stand this specific Client Service Manager . (I would always respond to him with e-mails explaining situations like he was a child).

So I figured he had complained about me also, so for about 6 months I kept all my e-mails and complaints he sent to me about my department, and anything negative clients/ co-workers made about his mistakes in a file. So I had about 2 inches of files in his complaint file. My other Client Service Manager I really like, so I kept a file on him also, it included such bad things as " took last glass of water from cooler and did not replace, " played Barry Mannilow in car on trip to Fredericton although I complained I was not a Fannilow" etc. So basically I had two files, one for each CSM, about 50 complaints/e-mails etc of a serious nature to the rat or one I think is an idiot, and another of pure nonsense to the guy I like (actually he was my first boss 17 years ago, and is probably the nicest guy I know, when he retires soon it will kill me, as I have tormented and teased him over the years)





Unfortunately I never got to use it, as I had no complaints from the weasel CSM.
