Viet Nam would appreciate the MDP. However, we ask the the previously proposed 25% GTA be reduced to a 10% GTA, for governmental reasons. What does the Saudi representative have to say to this counter-proposal?

We suggest Vietnam not to sign a MDP with Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia will most likely enter different conflicts in the next years.

We accept thank you very much.

Exuse me but is there any way you can back up what you are saying? yo have no proof we will engage in any further conflicts as we are not looking to do so. A MDP is Defence Pact anyway so unless someone is attacking me Vietnam would have no reason to come to my aid. Who will be attacking me?

As under the UNSC Resoultion 1598b, we ask Viet Nam to pull out of Cambodia. We offer a peaceful chance for your nation to pull out as the Chinese defence force arrives. It you do not wish for a peaceful resolution to this, we will use our legal right from the United Nations. Again, we ask for peace instead of war.

International and Foreign Relations Committee-

"Greetings, fair delegation. Let it be known, first off, that the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam wishes for the peaceful resolution to all things, rather than any situations in which lives will or may be lost.

Once the People's Armed Forces moved into Cambodia invaded Cambodia in 1986, as you may know, Pol Pot was in power. This man was a cruel dictator, and we noticed our comrades or brothers in Cambodia passing away at his devilish will. Now gone (Pol Pot), the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam will gladly pull out of Cambodia, to help improve relations with our comrades within the PRC, and hopefully better our image worldwide as well.

I thank you for your concern, as this indeed was a pressing matter. Hopefully your question/concern was answered correctly. Thank you for your time, comrade."

The Republic of Cuba is happy that Vietnam is pulling out. We support the Socialist forces that invaded Pol Pot's Cambodia. Pol Pot was a evil man who did not stick to the true communist ideals. We hope that any future socialist leaders do not put down the international revolution and do not betray their comrades.

But, if the worse happens, true socialist nations like Vietnam and Cuba may have to use military force to dispose of leaders who have betrayed its socialist comrades (Stalin, Pol Pot etc.).

The Republic of Cuba proposes that Cuba and Vietnam start up The Comintern or Communist International modeled on the Comintern that dissolved in 1943. The organization would be a collective for true socialist comrades, and would base most of its ideals on the following schools of communism:

Marxism
Leninism
Trotskyism
Ho Chi Minh's ideals
Castro’s and Guevara’s ideals
And other minor left-wing ideals

The organization would work towards true world socialism!!

Please reply if you agree or not.

International and Foreign Relations Committee-

We most definitely agree with our Cuban comrades. Pol Pot was an evil man, and we feel we were justified in attacking his criminal regime.

About the Comintern, the 9th Viet Namese People's Congress is currently debating whether or not the Comintern should be set up yet again- for there were kinks within the former Comintern that should be fixed or better yet, changed. The Socialist Republic of Viet Nam is very interested at this idea, and will get back to the Cuban delegation as soon as the 9th People's Congress is finished convening.

We thank Vietnam for their efforts and hope that posetive interfierence preserves the integrity of communism

International and Foreign Relations Committee-

We assure the Socialist East German government that Cambodia's newly elected government will indeed be invited to the Comintern conferences or talks. We are glad to see fellow Socialist governments taking interest in such matters abroad. It displays the dynamic, global society we are attempting to create.
