OKAY WALLY FANS....WHO IS GOING????, days event

I want to meet the other WALLY fans!!!

i will be going to the fan event!!! It is my first DAYS event EVER!!!! I am only going because I found out WALLY and CHYRSTAL will be there!!!!

Who here is going??? Who here has been to this event???

How early do I need to get there??
I live here in LA, and I know it starts at 10am....what time should i be there by????
Should I take another person to stand in different lines to get autographs??? Or will there be enough time for me to get all the actors autographs I want????

I'll be there probably half asleep. Me and 3 hour time changes don't get along.

I'll be there, so there will be photos on the website after it's over. I'm also contemplating "tweeting" throughout the day, but am still undecided on that thus far.

I went last year and just rolled in about a half hour before it started. It was not nearly as packed as I had anticipated after years of attending ABC's Super Soap Weekend. However, the crowd could have been an aberration due to the rain all day which moved the autograph sessions indoors.

I can't advise you about standing in lines, because I was only in one; however, I doubt that there will be enough time to get everyone's autograph. I also caution everyone to double-check the list of stars attending the event, because the list that was posted for a long time was wrong. I just checked and it appears to be correct now. (Day Of Days Event Page ) I suggest that you decide before the event who is most important to see and work your way down the list. Half of the actors were available during the first autograph session and the other half were available during the second session.

Last year they provided everyone with a book of color photographs for signatures. I don't know if that's the case this year though. Also throughout the day they had a reel of "classic" clips playing so everyone was entertained while standing in lines (...yes, it included some Justin even though Wally wasn't there).

Yes, Wally WILL be there this year.

Well, clearly *I* won't be there, but try to get along without me! It's funny, I haven't seen Wally on Days, but a few months ago our cable added soapnet, so I was able to see reruns of all Wally's "One Day With" shows.

I'm slightly more than a DAY late...

Enjoy, all. I'm teaching a scout course that day...Give the Wally a hug from me, and tell him Jeff and I were discussing just the other day how much we miss our trips to the concerts.

I am soooooo envious, I can't be there, as i live in australia, and it is such a long way to fly just for one day and also expensive.

I just decided to attend, too, so I'll be on the lookout for you all...I'm a long time fan of Bill & Susan Hayes, so I was hoping to see them, but they aren't on the list/link Tracey posted...but I'll still wander around and enjoy the day =)

There was an announcement a few weeks ago that Bill & Susan would be there (I distinctly remember because *I* want to see them too). The list on the link I posted isn't very well maintained. Kristian Alfonso was never going to attend this year because she's going to be in Mississippi at a jewelry show, but she was on the original list from day one until a week or so ago. It also took them forever to update the list to reflect that Wally, Crystal and Louise Sorel would be attending. I assume they're just taking their time adding Bill & Susan.

I just checked and they are listed as attending on the Facebook page for the event.

I came home sick the other day and did catch Wally on Days for a little bit. He looks and sounds good. Hard to believe the first year I met him, my son wasn't even in school, and now he's a freshman, and my daughter a junior!

Having a rotten day today. One of our best friends died yesterday of pancreatic cancer, so it seems important to treasure all my old friends today.
