Plotting Now here's an interesting forum. Here you can decide on your character's friends, enemies and loved ones. Please be realistic in your plotting. Gryffindor students are not going to have a huge group of Slytherin besties, just as the Slytherins don't typically fall in love with Hufflepuffs. Please try try to stick to the laws of canon. |

Sign Ups This is where you can sign up your character for as many clubs, organisations or duties that they can take on and they can be approved for, as well as claim your character's face [celebrity]. Character face claim is mandatory although everything else here is optional. |

Dungeons If one were to follow the narrow stone staircase leading from the Entrance Hall, they would find themselves in a labyrinth of Dungeons that stretch for miles under Hogwarts Castle. The dungeons are cold, wet, and to most people, miserable, although some do enjoy them. |

Kitchens The Hogwarts kitchens are located directly below the Great Hall and are just the same size. They have high ceilings and a great brick fireplace at one end. Mounds of brass pots and pans are heaped around the walls.The kitchens are staffed by over a hundred house-elves. To get to the kitchens, take the door to the right of the main staircase in the entrance hall. Follow the corridor until you come to a painting of a bowl of fruit. Tickle the pear and it giggles and becomes a door handle. |

Entrance Hall With double oak front doors, the Entrance Hall is a large, cavernous room, lit by torches, with ceiling so high it's barely visible. Wide marble staircase opposite the front doors (east wall) lead up to first floor. Double doors to the right (south wall) lead into the Great Hall. |

Great Hall The Great Hall is a vast chamber with an enchanted ceiling that mirrors the sky outside. There are four long tables for the four houses and another table for the staff. There are windows into this room from the lawn outside. |

Staff Room The Staff Room is a long and panelled room. The entrance is guarded by stone gargoyles to ensure that no students make their way into teachers-only territory. The staff room is filled with mismatched, dark, wooden chairs and is located off the Entrance Hall. |

Hospital Wing The Hospital Wing is filled with many neatly made beds with white sheets, and each bed has either a privacy screen or curtain surrounding it. The curtains and screens are often needed as patients often come in with strange, slightly odd looking ailments. The Nurse has her office just off from here, so she can attend her patients whenever she needs to and be with them at all times. |

Moaning Myrtle's Bathroom The bathroom's wooden cubicles are worn and ill-maintained, and even the stone sinks are chipped. the room is candle-lit, but the candles are in holders rather than a chandelier and there are not enough of them to light the room properly. This bathroom is haunted by the ghost Moaning Myrtle. |

Trophy Room Hogwarts has a trophy room where all the old awards, trophies, statues, cups, plates, shields, and medals are kept in crystal display cases. There is also a list of all the head boys and girls and prefects. It's adjacent to a long gallery full of suits of armour. Peeves likes to bounce around the trophy room, but is often chased out by an irritated caretaker. |

Library The Hogwarts library contains tens of thousands of books on thousands of shelves. Included in its many sections is a Restricted Section at the back, set off with a rope. A signed note from a teacher is required to peruse that section of the library; it contains books of Dark Magic only used by older students studying advanced Defence Against the Dark Arts. One of the books in this section screams when opened. The library closes at 8 pm. |

Prefect's Bathroom The bathroom's walls, floor, and single sunken bathtub are all made of white marble, lit softly by a candle-filled. The rectangular tub is the size and depth of a swimming pool, and even has a diving board, but unlike an ordinary pool the tub is lined with about a hundred taps, each with a differently coloured jewel set into the handle. This Bathroom is for use by prefects and head students only. |

Astronomy Tower Astronomy Classes are routinely conducted here, but that is not all this tower is used for. The beautiful view often attracts young couples, as well as lone stargazers. A steep spiral staircase leads to the top of the tower with a door (which has an iron ring as a handle) leading out onto the ramparts, which are crenellated. |

General Bathrooms This is where you have to go to the bathroom if you're not priviledged enough to be a prefect or head student. These bathroomas are divided up into male and female bathrooms and are for the general body of students to use. |

Greenhouses The Hogwarts Greenhouses are off limits to students unless they are accompanied by a teacher or have a teacher’s permission, as some of them contain very dangerous plants. Yes, that’s right, dangerous plants. Herbology Classes are conducted here. |

Owlery The Owlery is a circular stone room, rather cold and drafty, because none of the windows has glass in them. The floor is entirely covered in straw, owl droppings, and the regurgitated skeletons of mice and voles. Hundreds upon hundreds of owls of every breed imaginable were nestled here on perches. Some of them are owned by the students, bust most are school owls that anyone can use to deliver their letters. |

Forbidden Forest To the east of Hogwarts castle is a large, dark forest. This forest is strictly off limits to Hogwarts students, except in the course of occasional Care of Magical Creatures lessons or detentions. Some students have spent quite a bit of time trying to get into it, naturally, but are chased out by the groundskeeper. The forbidden forest is sometimes referred to as the Forbidden Forest but often as just "the forest." |

Quidditch Pitch The Quidditch Pitch is opposite the castle from the forest and is a favourite place for many of Hogwart’s Quidditch devoted students. There are four house Quidditch teams (Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Slytherin & Ravenclaw) and they all hold their tryouts and practices here. When the teams aren’t practicing, anyone is welcome to borrow a school broom and come down here for a fly around. |

Lake Ah the Hogwarts Lake, what a beautiful place. The lake is a hotspot for the students when they're not studying (which is barely ever, i'm sure). It's a popular past time to laze around on the banks just skipping stones, chatting to friends and watching the clouds roll by. The lake is home to various mysterious and frightening creatures such as the giant squid, grindylows and even a colony of merpeople! |

Diagon Alley A bustly center for activity in the wizarding world. Diagon Alley has shops that will supply you with everything you could ever need: Robes, Spellbooks, Wands, Potion Ingrediants, Pets. You name it, they've got it. |

Azkaban Prison A dismal place to be, there is not a person alive who actually 'likes' Azkaban. The dementors just suck all of the happiness out of the place. Unfortunately, it is necessary as it holds some of the wizarding world's most dangerous criminals. |

London, England Shops, cafes and clubs mostly inhabit the beautiful city,No one knows if their are more muggles or more magic folk here. Its a mystery. Most of Hogwarts alumni live here, Its a fun place to visit it mostly for young people but there are things for older peopl as well.
