The ruins of a once great civilization that worshipped Celebi, the Time Guardian! As the story goes: "When Celebi disappeared from the Forest of Time, the civilization fell into chaos utterly destroying itself! When Celebi returned to the Forest of Time, it was disgraced by the sight of skeletons and burning structures. And so Celebi hid the only remaining structure, Celebi Shrine, in the deepest darkest regions of the forest! " Some people believe that they can still here the screams of the women and children as they venture through the forest...
