  Get ready to win all day--on New Year's Day! The top Toon in all Top Toons categories EACH HOUR will win a "Toons of the World Unite" Prize Pack including a cap, hooded sweatshirt, and baseball T-shirt. Toons are eligible to win one category for one hour. Runners-up will be winners in case of multiple wins.
